I have created the new gameplay thread here, but there is a catch because of course there is. I don't have permission to change the official gameplay thread. :P So I have sent a message to Paizo's customer service to get that changed over.
Given how long it took to get the campaign moved over to me, I am predicting we may be in for a long wait. For now, we'll have to track it as an orphaned thread.

One option would be to just create a whole new campaign, and make this one inactive. That would be a lot faster.
I might even be able to hook it up to the old discussion and recruitment threads. I'd just have to orphan them from this one.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everyone!
It's been busy here at home. We made 6 batches of 5 varieties of cookies (the lemon poppyseed got doubled) and gave a bunch away to friends and neighbors. Then we traveled to see friends we haven't seen in two years (everyone has been boosted for Covid-19). We made a cheese souffle and a standing rib roast on Christmas, eggnog ice cream with the leftover nog. And now we have a winter storm warning which meant chaining up the van today and running to get a couple of grocery items that we thought we had but didn't.
I am tired. It may be a couple of days before I recover.
It was 80 degrees (fahrenheit) here on Christmas day. Hottest Christmas on record. It was amazing. I've been walking around in shorts the last few days.
We had two days of snow. Not much--just a couple of inches--but it doesn't take much snow to make a mess when your city's topography looks like this: /\/\/\/\/\. We'll drop below freezing again tonight and we have good odds of freezing rain tomorrow morning. :/

Do we want to approach the bridge supports with stealth or just go for them?
Just by looking at the landscape, approaching by stealth would probably require some sort of magical assistance, as you're going to be in plain sight as you approach the bridge.
Yeah, it looks like we're sorely lacking for invisibility or any other stealth-enhancing spells. We'll have to hit hard and fast and try to either kill the beasts ASAP or sunder the chains.

Thanks! Weirdly, I didn't change groups, just shifted into a newly-formed team under my same 2nd-level manager whom I like a great deal. So it was a great opportunity without much risk to go with it. That combination doesn't come along very often. :)
Is the fight on the other side too close for my Fascinate performance to not work? I imagine it could at least stop the aurochs from moving for a bit, but I imagine that window of opportunity is gonna shut real soon.
They are far enough apart that it won't interfere.
Yeah, I had some issues on my phone, but my regular computer's logged in just fine.
Had a similar issue, except it was my computer having the login problem here. Had to reset my cookies to fix the problem.
