You know what happens to a smurf who gets smurfed by smurfing? The same smurf that happens to everysmurf else.

Sovereign Court

You boys and girls in blue better run or else Gargamel will be after you.

Gargamel is an anagram for "glam rage". This has to be a coincidence. Unless...

My cat familiar is called Azrael. No coincidence this time. But at least I don't waste my time chasing little blue people.

Kneel! Satan duels me!

*gasp*

I once dueled an Erinyes Devil, not Satan but kinda close, I didn't know it was foreseen in my name!

I find this anagrams thinks so amazing that I'm fighting the urge to post with all my aliases just to know what they REALLY mean.

My all time favorite is Red Frail Death Rose, though.

Anagrams are fun. But what does anagram mean?

Naga ram.

It's a very, very specific magic weapon.

Or "man agar" which, I presume, is some kind of soylent green substitute.

Thank you, purveyor of man agar. Hmmm... is there a Catagrammaton too?

Intriguing concept. But I'm not sure what that would mean, etymologically speaking. If ana- (up; anew) -gram (letter) means mixing up the letters of a word, what would "kata" (down; into) -gram mean?

Segue - this reminds me of a brief lecture I used to give about the connection between cathedrals and chairs...

Also - "purveyor of man agar" sounds very unsavory...

It does indeed.

Man agar made me think of some sort of humanoid sentient ooze.

I have a long term relationship with agar variants in petri dishes. I work with very different kinds of agar. Some of it has sheep blood in its composition, or egg yolk, but the concept of the Man Agar seems intriguing to me. Many components used in a lab are actually gotten from real human tissue and fluids, so it doesn't sound like something too farfetched.

What about Mana Rag, which is either something wizards use to clean up with after magical 'accidents' or a popular dance of the late Steampunk era?

Pangrams are just as fun as anagrams, you know; zealously employing all the various letters of the alphabet, Lipograms are also fun, quaintly leaving out a letter, misplacing it on purpose; if you can tell which one this is, you will exist the winner.

Of my question, not the thread... for long anyway.

Or, like, what about Raga Man, Ravi Shankar's superhero alter-ego? The 70s were weird, man, like even in comic books...

Sorry I'm late! Did I miss anything?

Nice...

epic answer.

I'm lost

Take the 2nd door on your left, it will get you to the reception.

He said second on your left, not on his left. This is my lair.

Oooh reception I assume their is snacks?

Pulg wrote:

All I know is that they're collected by Damp Towel Man. He's a superhero who collects damp towels from across the galaxy, and is definitely not mild-mannered Dan Towelman.

Important service really. You should always bring a towel.

Vidmaster7 wrote:

Oh, yes. I'm seeing a snack right here.

So bad I no longer eat people. Last one gave me a heavy digestion.
Forgot to peel the Human Fighter before eating him.

Hmm yeah steel must be hard to digest but good fiber. Probably makes it hard to maintain your Girlish-dragonish? figure.

A Gargantuan body is not easy to maintain, indeed, but I do my best.
And I'm not girlish, I just have a slim figure. Among my kind I am a real sex symbol.

Er, I'm afraid it's actually my hair.

I'm living in your hair? I've been degraded from a dragon to a louse!

Ah hair lair I can see the confusion their. Good of you to share. Finding helpful souls is rare. so now I won't tear(y) while the weather is fair. Best not to wait for a dare.

And even though I'd like to eat you rare, killing such a poet would be unfair, so I guess I won't go there.

Aw thanks for showing me you care

And with that, we are right back at bear.

Its fur the best.

Anagrams, pangrams, lipograms, and now poetry.
This terrific, though terrible, thread is a magnificent masterful model of looming literary lunacy.

Hair lair to you too.

I've been in your situation before. Even maps don't help.

I, however, can help...

*casts empowered, maximized, enlarged, greater remove hair*
There... That should do.
hair:
Listen, just because I removed every bit of hair from three countries all around us should by no means cause anyone to panic. Hair will grow back, and for the time being, Pulg will stop shedding so bad; as will Vidmaster7. Thank you, this has been a public hamster announcement.

*walks off bald*

Sovereign Court

I don't know, you always get the occasional spite filled, wig wearing, wizard or two. They hate dwarves, elves, gnomes and other individuals with lots of hair.

I want my hair back! How am I supposed to use my Prehensile Hair hex now? I cannot be a metal witch if I cannot headbang!

wigs work

And also, no backsies, I can't hand out refunds to every one who gets upset about my custom spells not working like they thought they would.

Actually, being bald is not so bad. Not having to depilate in some time makes it worth it. I don't even care a lot about not having eyebrows to show the world how pissed I am.

Hmm... I'd forgotten about eyebrows... sorry about that... those are important you know, keeps dust and sweat out of your eyes.

Well, I do have an eyebrow restoration spell... don't worry... it only does two inch eyebrows, so you won't have mammothian eyebrows from the spell... Now who wants some!?

"I do ghastly deer's laundry..."

Been cleaning up after undead ruminants, eh?

EDIT - The avatar really does look like she's stuck doing some ghastly deer laundry.

I misread the "public hamster announcement" and for a moment thought someone was declaring something about rodent mirkins. Just gonna leave that there and back slowly away.

Someone had to get rid of all that awful smell. Musk combines badly with putrid.

Lady Audrey not know what good longshank repellant is.

Musk & putrid be great combination for repelling longshanks.

Glad to see an adventurer finally decide to help the monsters out rather than to take the monsters out.
public service is so underrated.
