Speaking of the underlands, my alchemist submission is up for your consideration! Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to add. He's a doctor with a certain set of skills and what I like to imagine as a New York accent. eventually turning into a scaly wolverine of death, or healing depending on who's paying the best. At level one he'll start as a pretty standard rogue, with a couple of extracts to boost him up a bit. But by level two the natural attack side of the build will kick in. At that point it'll just be a matter of figuring out where to put the Healers Hands, Signature Skill and Tail Terror feats. Piranha Strike too but that feat isn't alliterative so it's less cool sounding. Edit: Remembered a question. The Alchemist gets the ability to add their int mod to splash weapons like alchemist fire and such. This is listed under Throw Anything, which the vivisectionist keeps. Except it references the Bomb class ability, which they don't keep. Do I still get my intelligence modifier to damage with splash weapons? I'm leaning towards "no" but I want to ask first.
Alistair Fox wrote: "Look at us, are we not a bonnie lot? Lady Ainsworth, will you be having us attend you at this 8 o'clock or will we be doing something else for your ladyship?" Alistair asks. Morgana begins speaking almost in mid-sentence. ”Granted you’re a different sort by and large. That is one way to stand out from the commoners. I hope it isn’t too gauch. You will most certainly be my ‘members of court’ as they say. It was the reason I’ve brought you to this tailor after all. After a moment of consideration, Takeshes answer seems satisfactory and Morgana continues her thoughts. [b]”I intend tonight to be quite informative. As you are all aware, each noble house raises their security for the festival, Ainsworth is no exception. I expect you each to ‘scout out the competition’ as it were, in whichever way you see fit. I’ll not tolerate violence in the open. That is your only rule. Should you all perform well enough, I will let you in on quite the little secret if I do say so.” Takesh: House Vilendross is headed by the elven man Bessiandorathios “Bess” Vilendross. He insists on his nickname at all times since, as he put it; “I’m two-hundred fifty six years old. I’ve saved at least three of them cutting out those extra syllables.” He’s an amiable sort, and he certainly knows how to run his house despite the casual and sometimes even hedonistic way he conducts himself, but his skillset does not run far from aristocratic schmoozing and paperwork. He has a modest command of arcane arts, but his talents are a far cry from other members of the house he runs, some of whom are even board members of Borealos College, the most prestigious place to learn magic of all kinds in Calweld. Not that they have much competition.
The elves only have this minor house to represent them in Calwelds affairs. The glory days where Vilendross stood on equal footing with the Hightower and Ainsworth houses passed long ago. At least, it was long if you ask other races. Still, if you need a service that technology just can’t replicate yet, or a decent bow (For… hunting game. Yup.) Vilendross is the place to look. While the house lost quite a bit of prestige around the time Calweld began to industrialize, they recently received a spike in public support. Very nearly six years ago, Vilendross was responsible for quelling an invasion of devils. One adopted human of the house, and a foreigner from Abashiri discovered the plot of the hobgoblin Melzal Brut to drag forward the armies of the underworld in a bid for power. With their aid, Vilendross stemmed the tide of invasion. Though moderate damage occurred in the city, it’s since been fixed and Bess has used the publicity from the event to bolster the elven house. Admittedly some of these factoids come from an IRL campaign I finished up recently.
"He's too... Perky. Why's the robot perky anyway?" Sheila bemoans the new companion as she follows the rest of the party inside. The party reaches the threshold of the ship. The inner workings of the vessel are substantial. The paths are wide enough for even Gilly to walk comfortably through. Every surface of the halls is marbled with some combination of a light gray material and something blue, which glows a bright aqua when placed under pressure. The hallways are extensive, but never enough to be confusing. Two on each level. One on the starboard side, the other on the port. There are three levels marked in the ship. Where does Tak go first? The living quarters includes a hallway of twelve rooms situated across from one another. Upon inspection, seven of these rooms are almost entirely filled with boxes. The others are entirely unadorned save for the marbling pattern continued from the halls. On the other side of the third level sits the mess hall. A long table is set with four seats, one larger, and a fifth seating that seems to be just padding on the ground, likely for a quadruped. At each seat is a plate with one spoon and a white, unmarked tube of "Nutrients". After a moment Sheila enters the mess lured by the scent of delicious, delicious chemicals. "Got a question, why aren't there any windows in this place?" Beak answers from out of nowhere "Windows are a structural weakness, Axiomites do not use them." "...What."
Sheila can bring plenty of healing spells if it's something that concerns the party. As I mentioned, with the way things have shifted, she can move to a more supporting role. That'd be easier for me to account for as well. Besides, who can look at this and not think "white mage?"

All fair points. I think just laying things out could help, but isn't that why the GM had us write our goals in and out of character in the first place? If you mean bringing our goals and expectations up in more detail, I can start, no problemo. What do you mean when you refer to "expectations" though?

Orrr... Guys. We could just see how the characters actually interact before we preemptively divide ourselves along alignment lines? Lol. And to be clear, I didn't really build Sheila for a "face" role. I put those ranks in case we needed to cover our behinds at some point. She "could" do the talking, but I figured she'd mostly be a loudmouth unless no-one else wanted to take charge of the talking.

That could mean anything. Ulthar attacks! A Drow. He attacks a drow: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 20 = 24
Get my players to fear death? Well, my players are weenies, so I could probably just bring a handgun to the table and wave it around like a drunk hillbilly. That would work on me too. But more helpfully, the way the DnD gamestyle is structured, there's a point where death really is a speed bump on it's own. The best way I've found to get players to be concerned for their characters wellbeing is long term consequences. Curses are fun.
"Riiight. You're just out here stealing my thunder as the weird girl in the room, aren't you?" Abel and Seraphina:
You notice your guide slipping a note into Jeans pocket. Botting Mindos for a bit, since his Detect Secret Doors is somewhat important here. Anyone who rolled under a 13 on their Fort save is sickened for the next 1d6 ⇒ 1 minute, or until they pass. Mindos perks up for just a moment and sidles over to inspect a section of the wall the guide was looking at. "Ya noticed, did ya? Yeah we'll be making an express trip. Down." She reaches in a small crevice and the sound of cranking gears follows. A hiss of steam spouts somewhere unknown, and the wall begins to give way and slide into itself. And reveals an elevator with cage walls. At least it's tall enough for everyone to stand in. "So? Who's going first?"
Lotta people in here not even trying to help the OP. If you can't think of a way to use the "hard mode" array the OP chose over a better one, and you're just here to soapbox about point-buy, you aren't here to help. You're here to whine vicariously for a game you aren't in. @OP As others suggested, summoning spells and staying in the back are low-stat dependant, as are buffing spells. Taking crafting feats can also be very effective independant of an ability score. You could RP him as someone literal plucky sidekick. Or an average Joe who has no idea what's going on, and he's really confused about who in their right mind would do this adventuring thing.

... Devic does a mean impression of herself at any large gathering, and becomes almost invisible against the wall. See ya nerd: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30 Once outside and a couple yards down the hallway, she uses one extract of Alchemical Allocation before drinking a potion of heroism and while no-ones looking, spitting it back in the bottle because the alchemist has a high number of abilities that are just plain gross dude. Afterwards, she hunts down the "employee's only" door, darting from potted plant to plant to service cart if need be. Then using the glue and tape she lifts a fingerprint from a nearby handle while no-ones watching. That thing Antman did to get through a biometric scanner that one time: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (8) + 16 = 24 Assuming nothing happens to Dev between these checks. I'll roll again if need be.
Desna. She comes across as the one god one developer really liked and bugged the rest of the crew to put her in the game, then she got all of the exposure they could possibly cram in to golarion books. It doesn't help that her whole theme is this very vague "freedom" thing, but also luck for some reason? Besides the fact that it's a powerful domain along with the travel one, I don't see the two having anything in common. It feels more like a miscellaneous pile of traits than anything else. EDIT: Someone mentioned Cayden Cailean, him too. He says he encourages his followers to "drink responsibly" but that's not how he became a god, now is it?
