I'm actually surprised at the consensus here. I wasn't originally planning to have Devic be the murder mouse. Not to this degree. For what it's worth though, an automatic gun normally jams from nat 1's only if every attack in the 10 hit combo is a 1. Which makes sense, since they're designed to fire hundreds of rounds at a time.
If any of the attack rolls threaten a critical hit, confirm the critical for that attack roll alone. An automatic weapon misfires only if all of the attack rolls made misfire.
The new format seems to change the blue text showing a pothole link to... more black text.
So uh, what action is it to fix my gun?
I like the black myself, and am happy that there is a visual *reason* for the site outage today, but I'm not used to how they have changed things. I used to know at a glance whether I was logged in or not, and how to click through to get to the recruitment page, etc, but now I think I will have to relearn a couple of things.
It's certainly more monotone and wide than I'm used, to. I might get used to it, later, but for now, I'm still surprised every time I open this site.
If you want to talk balance, I'm sure we could find a more comfortable balance, if you're uncomfortable with the effectiveness. Perhaps if a certain amount of ones are rolled.

Sounds good, what action to unjam my gun in that event (The event currently occurring)? I'll stick with a standard action for now. I'm probably gonna go back to the single shot pistol after this chapter. I like a little tension in my combats. That, and I'm concerned at the prospect of the other guys starting to pack tommyguns.
Yeah, I've been on the recieving end of a player v. monster arms race, too. They don't usually end well for the PCs.

Yep yep, sorry, just graduated from college, it's been a very busy couple of weeks for me, and the few times I tried to post, piazo ate it and it was a bit upsetting. I'll try to get a post in later today

I might not be a front liner, but I do think some armor upgrades and perhaps a cloak is in order.

What kind of shopping order are we talking about? I don't have any money to buy things, but if things are being handed out, I would love sleeves of many garments, or pipes of the sewers, and of course a nice ring of protection or amulet of natural armor would always be welcome.
If we're talking really expensive stuff, some bracers of archery and a magic bow... periapt of health, necklace of adaptation... you know. Whatever powerful magic you care to bestow. :) I'll take something random even. Just don't give me a rod of wonder unless you want me to use it constantly though, because I will. :)

So, I was sorta stalling, but I do have an idea for a way around the scanner. Question being, what do I roll for my bypass attempt? Disable device as normal? Or like, Craft: Tech given the high-tech nature of the security.

Had a terrible 2 weeks, my house got flooded and it ruined my computer among other things.bfinally got all my parts back in, so should be back up for regular posting again

Right, normally Id just assume the materials to pick a lock, but with the finger-print scanner I'd need really random stuff, and I dont want to assume havig things like glue and tape when someone spent a feat for having random minor items like that. Doesnt feel fair, you know? So, I was gonna have Devic ask Nazuri.

Oh right! We've never had cause to tactically text before, so the thought didn't even cross my mind even though I was talking about getting past a fingerprint scanner. A good first step. Still though, that doesn't get Tomoya's eyes away. Unless we might convince him Dev has IBS.
