Real name Simon Percival Samsonite Yippin; Alias Doctor Harkness.
Criminal stands at two feet, eleven inches in height with dull red feathers on his head and by the base of his tail. His scales are an odd navy blue from an incident as a juvenile when he had fallen into a pool cultivating lapis lazuli. Red eyes match tone of feathers.
Criminal was indicted on counts of breaking and entering, larceny and conspiracy. Yippin was also found to be consorting with the criminal Maximilius Harkness prior to Harkness' death. Suspect stated under oath that he had learned to practice medical surgery under Harkness' tutelage. During questioning, Yippin did not deny the charges leveled against him. Stating: "Yea I trashed the chiefs house, an' I'd do it again! Ya boys don' know what they're doin'! The docta was a good man."
Simon Yippin is sentenced to 20 years in prison and his claim to leadership of the clan Yippin is forfeit. A probationary officer may be assigned if he exhibits model behavior.
That was three years ago. Since then the chief of police has retired and Simon was approached with an offer; to join an expedition out of the kingdoms as medical support. Upon successful establishment of a colony his record would be expunged and he would be able to attempt the Attestment, the trial kobold clans of the underlands use to determine who gains chiefdom as dictated by the family elders. He took the offer on the condition that he be allowed to use a new name.
Now going by the name of Doctor Harkness for reasons only he knows, the kobold surgeon sets out for the mystery of the land beyond the Nine Kingdoms.
