Hello! Welcome to my table. Before we start, please do the following:

Please complete the macros linked at the top of the page. This will be used for initiative and secret rolls.

Please also post your token to the slides and post your position in the marching order. The slides are also linked at the top of the page.

As per the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards, each player must decide if they will allow their characters to be damaged by friendly fire (usually via splash damage). I need to remind everyone that damaging a PC who doesn't give consent will generate infamy.

My expectation is that players will post at least once per day (once at the weekend) unless something important in 'real life' stops them doing so. Please inform the table/me if this is the case (PM if you would like) and we will either bot you/carry on/pause as is necessary.

Hi all, will give a full and proper IC intro once we get rolling. But in the meantime mechanic wise- Torrent is a 3rd level magus with champion dedication. She'll be in the frontline wearing full plate to make up for her 8 DEX.

Also have 4 glyph hero points to give out.

GM - What is your understanding on Arcane Cascade?

Arcane Cascade debacle:
Stance trait specifies "A stance lasts until its requirements are violated)" and Arcane Cascade requirements are "You used your most recent action to Cast a Spell or make a Spellstrike" which would immediately end after using it. Personally I believe Arcane Cascade lasts until the stance ends another way. This is based on my belief of "literally does not work" and the flavor text under Magus says "You can usually stay in Arcane Cascade for a long time [...]" making it seem like the stance would not end immediately and could be maintained for some time. If you have a different understanding then just let me know!

Friendly fire is fine as long as I'm not dying or in danger of doing so. Also I might as well get it out of the way now -- I'm not a bird. Quickblade is human. I just liked the tengu icon :)

Just for full disclosure, I've played this before. So I'll let those who are playing this for the first time take the lead.

I shall have a look at Arcane Cascade. I'm pleased to see an Azarketi - my first non-common PC is likely to be one.

Looking at Arcane Cascade, it would stop itself working! I'm sure that it should work until you can't make melee strikes any more.

I also think so, that Arcane Cascade ends when you can't strike anymore.

Then I've also 1 glyph to pass. So we may perhaps all begin with 2 hero points.

Can only give out 1 per person for the glyph hero points, and then some boons let you get another.

So we'll all start with 2 hero points. Torrent has a campaign coin to start with a 3rd that anyone can use for a reroll

Yes, I think so that we have 7 extra hero points. So everybody begins with 2 hero points and one even with 3 hero points as Torrent said.

Not quite what i said. To be more clear- The rules for gm glyphs state "A player cannot gain more than one additional Hero Point from glyphs."

So everyone starts with two hero points (we each get the max of +1 from glyphs). Then to get a third hero point you'd need a boon (Torrent has a boon for a third hero point.)

It's a goblin camp not a human camp! I dunno, I always thought the scale was off too.

I think the big issue is that most maps are drawn that you're viewing them from like 90 degrees down, and this one its angled.
