The city of Korvosa has dark and deadly secrets. Those secrets are coming home to roost as some unlikely heroes are drawn into the underbelly in search of answers to their pasts.
With the plague’s final defeat, Korvosa settles in to a wounded silence, as if the citizens don’t quite believe that the epidemic has come to an end. At first, it seems as if the city is slowly healing and recovering from the tragedies it has suffered, but it soon becomes apparent that the damage dealt to Korvosa during the riots after Eodred II’s death and by the plague itself might have been even greater than anyone feared—and could be just the beginning of more sinister threats.

I honestly don't know what to pick. Can't use armor, don't really benefit from weapons because the arcane trickster has poor BAB so I'm not supposed to be fighting.

Yes, the Arcane trickster takes a few levels to really get going. Maybe just a light crossbow for something to do besides throwing shuriken?

+5 perception is never a bad thing, maybe there were two eyes of the eagle, matching pairs.

Kayleigh, if you can do Masterwork Transformation, add the Nimble modification (1,000 gp), then add the +1 to the maiden full plate; that would be amazing.

@Kayleigh: According to the rules, unless you have a special ability (or GM fiat), diplomacy in combat will do nothing unfortunately. Changing attitude requires 1 minute of conversation and making requests require the target to be at least indifferent.

Update time on my condition.
Friday I had another Cardioversion as the one I had in 2023 didn't work properly, or my heart had relapsed?
This time I can really feel the difference, my heartbeat is steady and I have much more energy. So Monday back to regular updates.
One thing about the Cardioversion, it shocks your heartbeat back to the proper rhythm, it also leaves you feeling like you've been beaten up by Orcs. So I'm having a nice quiet weekend of lounging round and not moving much. :)

Yeah, they stick electrodes to your chest and then shock your heart till it behaves. You're under anesthetic while they do this so that part is painless.
It's when you wake up and they get you moving again you get to feel how battered you are. I was lucky and it only took one attempt to get my heart in the proper rhythm.
If they have to make several attempts then you better have to have arranged for someone to take you home. You're not driving in that condition. :)

Gloomblind bolts with two party members with sneak attack is a wonderful choice!

It's pretty good, though I have to worry about precision (-4 firing into melee) and of course you can't normally sneak attack with damage spells.

In character, I think we have no reason to believe this place is safe. We've found two freaking assassins in it and we know it was supposed to be burned down. Brig used her mutagen, so if we can rest, even if it slips past what our characters would be comfortable with, it would be good. More strength to beat up the bad guys is always good.

I like the idea of visiting Kayleigh's flat, because it feels like it will drive more fun character interaction, and still give us the opportunity to get in that rest. As Zahur mentions, even if we have another encounter with street toughs on the way, we will probably be able to handle them and then get a rest that will let us be ready for the next step.
Also it will be hilarious to watch Kayleigh blush about trying to figure out sleeping arrangements.
