Hi everyone!,
Some of you may not have played with me on PbP before. Please check my profile for expectations if you want to (standard stuff).
I ask you to fill out a character reference slide with your info, tokens, marching order, etc. It is also where I will track hero points and place battle maps.
Next, I ask you to fill out my macro generation spreadsheet; I use this for perception, initiative, and secret checks. If you choose to fill out any skill on it, I will always roll it secretly where available.
Please dot in and sign in on the slide when ready! Hoping to kick off a bit later this week, but I'm not on a super tight schedule or anything. We can roll earn income (optional) at the end.

At least one player here has never played this, and I suspect at least one has played and run all the paths. If you have played it before, let me know what paths you played inside a spoiler or PM on Slack.
I will endeavor to run whatever is most new to the group!
Edit: nah, don't look it up unless you want to, Timtenzekil! If you don't remember it will be like new no matter what.

Haggra will be reportin' fer duty tomorrow.

I have no idea really how to make a proper round token. If anyone wants to tokenify my character image and has a quick and easy way to do so I would be immensely grateful.

Making round tokens is easy, but not very obvious; Slides has an Image Mask option in the top menu.
1. Select the image
2. Select the Mask dropdown and select the circle shape option (or whatever other shape you want)
3. Add a border to the now-masked image
4. Select weight and color
Video Example on Gifycat (15s)
This is just for educational purposes; I don't mind making it round for you myself, but if you want to try it out, you can!

Level 2 swashbuckler here. I'll likewise need a little time to get my profile together.

How we lookin' at getting set up here? Two people have signed on on the sheet; I have created tokens for the rest of you and entered your names and levels where available.
Let me know if you need any assistance setting up your token or macros, etc.

I likely won't have time to finish setting up until tomorrow.

That is awesome! Thank you so much for explaining it for me!

Honestly, easiest way on slides is to make your own 'holding tank' slide deck, then copy-paste it onto there. Then, when you play the next game you can just copy-paste from there to the new game.
If you want a downloadable version to use on other platforms, you're better off taking the original image over to something like Token Stamp and making a token of it there.

Yeah. Sadly Google Slides doesn't let you "save to keep" masked images; I think it's not actually creating an image file, just masking it on the side.

Kooz is ready. I'll get his profile cleaned up/more organized as we go, but the info is all there.

Yup, hero point used & noted.

GM Doug H |

I think I owe two points by now.
Hero point to Haggra for stepping up to be possessed first, and Kooz for one-shotting the skeleton champion.

Game is reported as well (Event #94475)
You do your own earn income, but I am happy to add it to a chronicle if you want to roll here and tell me what you earned.
I will leave the thread open for a day or so so you can post any closing scenes.
Thanks for playing; this was a fun group!

Thanks, GM Doug!
Had a blast playing this! Gotta lean into those failed rolls and roleplaying opportunities, and you definitely gave me plenty of those!
