Hello, everyone! Welcome to the game. Before we begin, here are some important instructions for a smooth experience:
1. Sign up on the Sign-Up Sheet (linked above) and provide Player Name, Character Name, Organized Play Number, Character Number, etc. We'll use the RPG Chronicles website for this.
2. Fill in your character and minion tokens, and marching order on page 2 of Slides and Maps (linked above). Also, update your character’s basic information, core stats, and skill modifiers on Macros (linked above).
3. Ensure your character's stat block/header includes HP, AC, Saving Throws (Fortitude, Reflex, Will), Perception bonus, and Speed.
4. Area templates (burst, cone, emanation, line) are on pages 3-7 of the Slides and can be copied to the Encounter Map.
5. Post regularly, preferably at least once daily and once on weekends. Follow the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards: "Explore, Report, Cooperate." Non-consensual character conflict is prohibited and can result in Infamy points.
6. I will roll initiative checks and use a block initiative system. PCs in the active block can post their actions, resolved in posting order. I will roll secret checks; players roll saving throws.
7. Use these symbols in combat posts: ◆ for single action, ◆◆ for two actions, ◆◆◆ for three actions, ↺ for reaction, ◇ for free action.
8. We’ll use the X-Card for safety. If something makes you uncomfortable, include '[X-Card]' in your post or message me privately.
9. Regular posting keeps the game flowing. Kindly inform us of any absences. Provide botting instructions if you'll be away.
10. Remember, the goal is to have fun! :)

With Jinlong's 4 glyphs, everyone will start with two Hero Points each.
I am seeing that Gwen and Joli already completed the Sign-Up Sheet, Slides, and Macros. The others can fill them in so that we can start promptly.
I just posted the introduction in the Gameplay thread. I hope everyone will be able to complete the Sign-Up Sheet, Macros, and Slides before we can continue after your character's introduction.

That's right. Bangy already played this, and Jolinaxus hasn't. I straightened everything out on RPG chrons, slides, macros, gameplay.
If you get a moment, could you remove the rat from the campaign?

We have two Performers - I recommend they both be primary:

Wouldn't the target (Black Raider) of a failed save vs Charm spell be friendly only to the caster PC (Gwen)? That means it could still be hostile to others, and the party can still attack it, except the caster PC (to maintain its attitude). I'm reading the 'you' in the Charm spell as referring only to the caster. So the target becomes friendly/helpful only to the caster on a failed or crit failed save, and can still be hostile to the rest of the party.
What are your thoughts?

Black is only Friendly to Gwen, however, when Friendly you can make a request and generally they will comply as long as it's "simple, safe, and don't cost too much to fulfill."
Gwen has asked him to check out the area behind him and not to attack HT. Up to you if those are reasonable or not. He's still definitely Hostile to HT and the rest of the party, and if the party attacks him, his attitude towards Gwen probably changes too.
If he's not doing other things like moving away, then I could definitely see him attacking party members other than HT (since that wasn't part of Gwen's request) or helping his own allies. Likewise, Gwen can attack his allies and not disrupt the Friendly attitude. Attacking HT would depend on his Hostile attitude vs Gwen's friendly request.

For your last task, I’d like to ask if the group is open to facing a severe encounter. I haven’t run one before, even though I’ve run this scenario a few times, so I’d like to hear your thoughts. You can decide together as a group. Otherwise, we can simply stick with a moderate encounter.
On the other hand, I haven't given any hero points, I think. Currently, each has:

Looks like a hide and seek fight.
Joli will be making liberal use of the Point Out action whether or not he passes his perception checks.
Maybe even Delaying a little until targets are no longer Undetected.
