When the giant falls, the lantern (still hanging in the tree) begins glowing with a green light as bright as the harvest moon.
The light intensifies, blinding you for a brief moment. When you can see again, there's a small humanoid figure standing under the tree; they have moss-like skin and wear a conical hat. Art on slide 1
A feeling of gratitude washes over you — you don’t hear words, but you feel they are overjoyed to be home and grateful to you, Lin Po, and Ti Lan. They want you to take the paper lantern — their former prison — away from here.
They stare sharply at Haggra and Kooz. With a gesture, they banish the ghosts of Lord Haan and Quick Kata. Well, their memories remain… so perhaps a part of them will always be there.
The kami bows, then walks behind the tree and out of sight.
