LOL!
Seif and Shadow hightail it for the top, leaving the others to defend as best they can! Unfortunately, upon reaching the top they are confronted with a large efreeti sized door. How do you open it? It only took you one move action to get there so you have an action left for dealing with the oversized door. As noted this is a DC 15 strength check, but if both Seif and Shadow worked together, Shadow could do the strength check while Seif turned the knob or whatever serves as a nob in this dungeon.

@Seif
Welcome to the first level (see link). A passage with a vaulted ceiling leads westward. Three domed alcoves extend from either side, each holding pedestals that display open and empty treasure coffers. A large, red-skinned, obviously dead humanoid with obsidian horns and jutting tusks hangs upside down from the ceiling between the westernmost alcoves, suspended from its heels by iron chains. A rather ominous sign, one might say.
Urah also flees, though he heads back towards the entrance, undead or no undead.
Which means...
The Get pops out of the deeper darkness and attacks the doughty Gnasher who had the audacity to scuff his dark hide.
to hit bite, demoralized: 1d20 + 22 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 22 - 2 = 22

Keeping the way clear as Seif-al-Din and Shadow move past, Gnasher smirks, realizing Urah was probably invisibly on their heels. As the worm-like monster reveals itself from the darkness and bites at him, Gnasher is relieved to only lose an image. Calling to Malgrim as he taps the heals of his magic boots together, "Malgrim, do we continue up or do we deal with this thing here and now?" As his question finishes, he lifts his bardiche and chops repeatedly at the vile creature.

"Leave...whaterver it is doesn't matter to us." Malgrim will head up the stairs.
I am going to do an acrobatics check to try and avoid an attack and move away. I will take the -10 to move at my full speed since I think the stairs are already difficult terrain to go up and chances of this working is pretty small anyway.
Acrobatics-10 vs CMD: 1d20 + 18 - 10 ⇒ (2) + 18 - 10 = 10

@Malgrim
From the rules: If you attempt to move through an enemy’s space and fail the check, you lose the move action and provoke an attack of opportunity.
So what do yo do with your second action since you are stuck there?
to hit bite: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (16) + 22 = 38

We had this discussion before. That is only if you move through a square that is actually occupied by an enemy. I never moved through his squares, at least based on the map. He is just so large that he obviously has more then 5 ft reach so I could not withdraw without provoking. I should be able to double move to where I am on the map.

Wow, I rally can be quite dense. Sorry about that. I even vaguely remembered the conversation and reread the skill just to make sure, but my brain STILL refused to accept the rule.
Malgrim takes a blow but escapes up the stairs. Does he go through the door left open by Seif and Shadow? I believe he has the movement to do so and made it to where he is in one move action. Note that Gnasher and the creature are not visible from the top of the stairs due to the darkness spell.
Gnasher hits once, but it is a doozy, loping off a number of its legs.

Stairs are not difficult terrain unless they are steep from what I remember. I was not treating these as difficult terrain for anyone else, so you still have another action.

Since the central part of the stairs is open, I will stop closer to the edge to make sure I see it and shoot down. I am not sure if that puts me in Point Blank, so I am leaving that out, please add in the 1 pt to hit and damage as needed.
Malgrim gets close to the door and fires a single blast of mud down at the creature.
No gather power, so I am just going to do a Composite Blast with no add on's to avoid taking any more Burn.
Mud (Earth/Water) Blast w/Elemental Overflow , DA: 1d20 + 14 + 3 - 3 ⇒ (19) + 14 + 3 - 3 = 33

Well, that worked out great. AC 33 probably hits. So I do 72 Magical Bludgeoning damage. If I am in Point blank it goes to AC 34 and 73 Magical Bludgeoning damage.

Give me a DC 20 handle animal check from you or a DC 15 intelligence check from Shadow (she is smarter than the average cat). The problem is that Shadow cannot see the creature through the deeper darkness, she can only hear the combat. The part of the Get of Iblis that is showing is on the opposite side of the column of darkness. And if Shadow DOES jump on it, attack and kill it, remember that the shaft is pretty long, AND the bottom might be dangerous. Shadow might fall to her death if she leaps atop the creature. Or if she gets shaken loose.
If given the order to attack (using the attack trick), I would think she would race down the stairs and make a normal attack.
