Shadow is unable to land a single blow and the brass man gets out of the grapple!

Remember that if Shadow is grappling she takes a -2 penalty on all attack rolls and combat maneuver checks, except those made to grapple or escape a grapple. I assume you did not add that in there. Please remember to add that penalty in there in the future - it will help me remember that I need to do so as well!! Of course I forgot to show you both as grappled in the combat card - meh.

Typically, I would release a foe at the start of the round, so that I can full attack - otherwise, I believe I am restricted to making a grapple check to maintain, which would be less than ideal...

That said, don't the two grappled penalties essentially cancel each other out?

Not necessarily - I activate Mistfortune as an immediate action, to force the construct to re-roll that hit. However, if it still hits, then Shadow does go down.

That said, Red should also get an AoO, unless I am missing something? I mean, they have reach, and Shadow does not.

Not sure. Looking it up...

Decision: If you are adjacent, you cannot attack even it a part of the creature is further away; however, if you are not adjacent you can pick the square you attack as long as it is not hidden by another part of the creature. In other words you can not attack the butt of a creature when it's body is between you and the butt.

End result is I just had you do a 5' step and attack. Note that you and Malgrim are flanking Green so you could have added +2, not that it mattered with those alternately abysmal and spectacular rolls.

Gnasher is at -116 as I already factored in the fast healing. I see your rage rounds are accounted for in your tag lines so ignore my previous question on that.

2 Infernal Healing for 20hp to Seif

That leaves Shadow down 3hp, and Seif down 39hp, and I am completely out of spell slots and wand charges.

Did we go through a door number three?

Releasing the rage, Gnasher stands still as Seif-al-Din heals him. Drawing out his wand of infernal healing as Malgrim recommends they pause he hods his head in agreement. Casting 'infernal healing on the wand' he taps Seif-al-Din with it. "Good idea, tribe rest." Waiting a moment, he taps Seif-al-Din again, the offers, "In meantime." He picks up his bardiche and begins chopping the heads off of each construct. "Be hard to move without head." Pausing every now and then to tap Seif-al-Din a couple more times.

Gnasher has assumed these are the same constructs as earlier so is taking action to keep them from rising again. He's also used 4/5 of the wands charges, and one of his first level spells

No, that would have been far worse. You just went through a door in the wrong order because you felt you were going in circles.

Let me know when you are done with your bookkeeping and healing, and then let me know your final HP totals.
