While examining Kamalla, you hear the noise of what sounds like snapping teeth as you hold head in your arms and you barely are able to move your hand away as you see a second mouth at the nape of her neck that is small but was hidden by hair.

Did that happen because of the plants, or... was she always like that? Is she a shapeshifter, or... I can't think of a name for someone with two mouths? I don't remember... have any of you heard of anything like this, even in stories? Perhaps she was cursed?

You tie Kamalla to the rope and you grab the coins on the bottom of the well. It takes sometime for you to gather the coins and pull her up but you finally complete the task. You can see the sun start to slip over the horizon.

Before going to bed, your group watch Kamalla and her second mouth, it moves when her regular mouth moves, it slobber when she slobbers.

She also keeps an eye on Kamalla to make sure she isn't going to hurt anyone or herself, but doesn't specifically watch the weird mouth... paying more attention to the possibility of approaching enemies.

She keeps her bow on hand.

Is it exactly like Kamalla's 'regular' mouth? Or is it fanged or something like that? And it does not seem independent I gather, it is acting much like the 'regular' mouth, yes?

The second mouth has teeth that are a bit sharper than normal human teeth. It has more canines than normal people, like six instead of four. The majority are still molars and incissors.
