"Frackit! Close thy eyes!" He stoops and grabs one of the cushions, and tosses it at Frackit's direction with enough strength to explode the decayed fabric and toss dust, sand, and feathers all around him--to reveal the genie.

I think that would occupy my action, so no attacks this round.

"Thank you, just in time!" says Fadilah, and she immediately casts the spell to banish the genie back to the elemental planes.

"I am blinded!" - Aggrammar growls, walking around aimlessly.

Is it a reroll every round for glitterdust?

It lasts 1d4+5 rounds, but only those in the immediate area when it goes off are effected by blindness. Those in it are also covered in glitter. Those blinded take -4 to attack, AC and Saves

In actuality, the way we have been doing it is, you need to roll the dice twice but no problem.

When Fadilah casts the spell, the genie smiles as he is dismissed. You get the feeling that the Genie just wanted to go home.
