I was curious if you were still recruiting for this scenario. If not, I have a level 5 character I would like to play (monk 4/sorcerer 1). This would be my second PbP.
edit - I just realized it says "classic". That's CORE, right? If so, nevermind. I do not have a CORE character.

Classic = Standard PFS
Core = CORE
So Cwethan's game is for Standard PFS and not CORE. Thankfully, people are usually pretty good at specifying which category their game will fall under when they recruit :)

Inspired by the recent NEWS, I would like to put out a LFG for Tyranny of the Winds Pt 3.
I missed out on it every time it was offered locally and want to get it in before my character who played 1 and 2 levels out of it.
I am even willing to GM parts 1 and 2 if necessary if someone can do part 3 for me.

We are about to start a run of House on Hook Street, which is a two-part, three chronicle module for levels 5-7 for Part 1. We have a stalwart front line melee fighter and a tricksy skill type, but we could use an arcane and divine sort. Our aim is to have four players, so a good well-rounded party is important.

I was hoping to play that at some point, but I think the only character I have in tier at this time is a nature focused wood kineticist, which is probably not what the group is looking for.
EDIT: Is that the correct link? It goes to a Masks of the Living God thread.
This is the aforementioned stalwart front-liner. Yes, that's the link. We've played a series of modules, starting with Masks of the Living God, and our current GM picked up the game when another GM bailed and the title was never changed. At this point, it's just a reminder of where we all started.

Many have asked for low level Evergreen scenarios to be played and enjoyed by all. So, to that end, I am going to be running the following AS A SERIES
1. Silverhex Chronicles
2. Master of the Fallen Fortress
3. Crypt of the Everflame
When completed your PC will have 5 xp (just 1 more until level 3), and 7 Fame.
1. Post at least twice a day, at two different times per day. As a GM, I do the same. If specific questions are asked between those time that I can answer, I will.
2. Players will have fully filled in character information on their profile, as well as a "summary" that can be seen on the forums. See the following for examples:
2 spots are reserved for new players. To be considered "new" you must be playing with a -1 to -4 character. Since all three scenarios are level 1 only, any character that plays cannot have played any scenario (and thus make level 2 before everyone else.
Random drawing for spots on 12/18.

Am not signing up for this, as my plate is kind of full at the moment, but couldn't someone theoretically 'slow-track' Silverhex and MoFF if they had 1 exp, which would then put them at 5exp like the rest of the party?

But only with an L2 once for credit, despite it being a repeatable :p
Or twice if you play it in CORE as well, as a sort of enCORE performance.

Emmjay, Crypt of the Everflame is not level 1 only. If you look at the chronicle sheet, you'll see it's for levels 1 and 2, but like many other evergreens, only playable once at level 2.
You are absolutely correct. I asked for level 1's with no prior scenarios to keep the group at the same level the entire time, and I'm trying to keep it simple for both me, and anyone who joins in the fun...

From what I read in the field guide, its by level, so at level 1 if you went 1/2 xp, then you are good to go for that level, then at level 2 you can go back to normal. So, at level 1 if you already were going normal, then you stay normal.

I don't know when, but I think that has changed so you choose at the beginning of a scenario, so you can decide to go slow for one and then normal for another all at the same level, admittedly you will definitely advance slower.

For a challenge, play it in 'Harsk-mode'. Everyone plays a mechanically-identical Harsk-clone, each with a slightly different version of Charisma 8, and maybe a different color hood.
