Eric was a burgeoning freelance writer and a player in my Breath of Embers game. Very sorry to learn of his passing.
A pity. Dare I ask what happened to him?

I’d be up for it if you are willing to accept a level 10 from someone who is replaying. I don’t have any other good options

Rogue-1 PF 1 character ready for his first campaign!
It's my first campaign online too, btw :)
Welcome Telaurion! We are currently in the middle of a Con so it might be a day or two for a recruitment to post but do keep an eye out.
Any GM's who start a new game please reserve a spot for Telaurion so we can assist getting him into a game.
Telaurion, you'll need to register in the Pathfinder Society to participate in the games announced here. There are some useful links in the header--THIS ONE is from 2016, but probably covers the basics pretty well. If you haven't downloaded the Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide yet (see link HERE; it's a free pdf download), I recommend doing so before playing.
Best of luck, and welcome!
Lvl 6 Bloodrager looking for a game, I’d like to play one involving the world wound/ demons in general. As of now I’ve played: 5-02, 5-09, 5-22, Solstice Scar part 1. So if anyone had any ideas for running a game I’d love an opportunity thanks!
This Level 6 Bloodrager/Paladin aasimar would be interested in joining Vrothum for some demon killing. Haven't played any of the demon/worldwound adventures from Season 5 (except Solstice Scar, and that doesn't really count for this purpose.)

I'm going to run scenario #4-18; Veteran's Vault. It's a 1-5 scenario.
Telaurion, if you are interested, a spot is reserved for you. That aside, anyone else interested can jump into the discussion tab *here* and say hello. This will be first come first serve recruiting.
Edit: This is a PFS standard game.

GM R, are you running Standard or Core?

Just saw a few people asking in different threads about evergreens. I use this list, as it seems fairly comprehensive.
As the PFS 1e numbers continue to dwindle, these evergreens may serve to keep it breathing a little longer.
~Enjoy.

Looking for a level 1-2 game if any of you are in the mood to run something.
I could be talked into running something level 1-2. Any suggestions?
MauveAvengr wrote: I could be talked into running something level 1-2. Any suggestions? module The Godsmouth Heresy (level 1-2)
I would join that module! :-)
I have a Drow Boon from an auction and would love to start playing the character.

Two-weapon ranger with a panther AC, surely?
Ooh, Godsmouth Heresy could be fun for my Paladin, I've heard it is very... difficult and quite possible to TPK though. *Anxious smile* Anyone with personal experience care or confirm or deny said rumors?
I was also thinking about running an evergreen coming up soon here in maybe a week or two, but I could probably be convinced to run Murder's Mark (level 1 module) instead, if there is interest?
is Murder's Mark an evergreen?
grimdog73 wrote: is Murder's Mark an evergreen?
Yep.
thought so...i'm in for MM....
roll4initiative wrote: grimdog73 wrote: is Murder's Mark an evergreen?
Yep. For what levels? All in range, or just 1st?
Never played murder’s mark! Heard a lot of good things about it though!
Murder's Mark is only for level 1 characters, so yes to both your questions. :)
Anyway the book says it's for level 1 only, but oddly enough the chronicle sheet says 1-2? Either way still only replayable at level 1 though.
linky link to Murder's Mark
I believe that Murder's Mark may be played once for a level 2 and then evergreen for level 1. However, it's likely too easy for level 2 characters - better suited to a level 1 party for sure.

Honestly, that one doesn't seem like it would be very fun to replay. The whole point of it is a murder mystery. If you already know the solution, what's the point?

I only vaguely remember it at this point... Maybe it would come back if I started playing it again,

And here is the recruitment thread for A Godmouth Heresy. Planning on running it through the online support program (OSP) so there is a chance of boons!
OOOH I didn't know that was a thing, thank you for the link!
Now that there will never be any more 1E content, I wish they'd just make everything replayable. More people will still migrate to 2E as they run out of new stuff to play, but those who have no interest can continue playing as long as they want.

Oof. Let's not stir that argument back up again.

putting on official hat
It's probably best to not pursue this discussion, because it's just going to inflame feelings on both sides without accomplishing anything.

It is in any case not something to discuss in the Recruitment thread.
Would it kill them to provide a slow, small trickle of ongoing 1E content? I will not be bothering with 2E, and I am feeling as lost and disenfranchised as I did during the 4E days, before I discovered Pathfinder.
I hope stating my personal case and inquiring about what seems like a reasonable alternative doesn't count as 'stirring the pot'.

It seems to me like a lot of the 3PPs are sticking with 1e.
I know of at least one 3PP that is making their own organized play; Frog God games. Right now they are only doing VTT but they may open to doing PbP down the road,
I am surprised you are not interested in 2e, IHIYC. You should PM me about it

Right now they are only doing VTT but they may open to doing PbP down the road Cool, I had not heard that; I’d be very interested if they go down the PBP road. After not liking the 2e play test, I finally gave in and signed up for my first PFS2 session this Gameday; got a very good GM but I’m still not feeling it (maybe it’s the scenario). So I’d be thrilled if a 3PP started an organized 1e PBP...

Once again: does this belong in the Recruitment thread?
@caps ... I too have my doubts about 2e, even after getting one PC to L5, .. especially at the high end of play, the numbers just don't feel right - although that's probably my statistical mind acting up imagining the spread compared to the base. But ... well .... prove me wrong. The wife doesn't like it either.
Anyway ... on the lookout for PFS1 games to play. Might even consider GMing a run of Beyond the Halflight Path if anyone is interested. I'm still wanting to get my 4th star.
As for replayable - didn't players get a whole pack of replayable points at the end of 1e? I haven't even touched mine yet and I think I have 47 of them - so that's 47 scenarios I can replay, plus there's a lot of PFS1e I haven't played yet. So there's still a lot of life in 1st edition as far as I'm concerned.

I’m down to nine scenarios to play and ten to run. (Twelve, but I already have Echoes of the Everwar lined up and in progress.) Dunno when I will get around to the rest though.
