How far away is the nearest window and how big is it? Is there any other way on deck near Marissel?
The nearest window is right across from you, and it's big enough to step through into the ship's cabin. However, you'll need to make an Acrobatics roll to get through the window without hurting yourself. If you make a DC 15 Acrobatics check, you'll make it.
Aside from the pier, the window is the only other way in that you see.

Have you decided on how you're going to distribute the loot you have?
Other than handing out those cure potions to the melee, I say we just sell the rest when we can.
I'd say the oil of keen edge, wands and alchemical items are also worth keeping (and of course we might want to do something with the broach). But otherwise, yeah, sell it off.
Keeping wands, potions, etc, selling anything else, unless it's particularly useful to someone.
