Hold your actions until after Rags and I'll dimension door you into flanking positions if possible and you can fight like rogues instead of barbarians.

We don't know the size yet, that's true, but it is a fair assumption that it will be at least Large if not Huge size.
Other fair assumptions are high AC due to tough scales, lotsa Hit Points due to being a huge fricking flying lizard and thankd to the useful color coding he is most probably evil.

As I said, welcome to being Junior Kronugs, I'll use Rags advice and become a full BAB, power attack falcata wielding rogue.

Ulthar should be all set to go. He is now accompanied by his loyal assistant Sir Wiggly the hedgehog. Dedicated hit point battery effectively extending Ulthars HP to 134 before Wiggly gets knocked out. I do have three questions though:

I assumed our drow transformation was physical-only, so I lost my orc ferocity and intimidation bonus, but gained (better) darkvision and spell resistance. I wasn't too sure on the SLAs though, so I took them because meh.

The Drowness doesn't change any of your abilities, you just look like them, and get Drow racial perls (SLA, darkvision, SR). You keep all the feats you already have.

I think you've answered my first question, but I still have the other two.

ABP allows you to use the plusses for other properties than just numberical plusses (so you can swap a +1 for flaming for example).

You have spiked armor and horns (though the horns on the armor do not allow a gore attack as they are just ornametal).

I will attune to the new Falcata, but here lies the doubt: does the Called property take +1 out of my +2 from ABP? If not, I'll make it a +1 Furious Falcata as per your answer to Ulthar's question because Kronug would like it.

The gold you posted, is it the total or your part?
Can I claim the ring of feather fall as well as 900 gp to buy 3 potions of Lesser Restoration? I'd buy a Wand, which is more cost effective, but that would be 4500 gp which seems a fricking lot.

Actually I have a mithral chain shirt and a +1 mithral chain shirt of resist fire, so we can sell those and buy some potions.

Rags has the flight hex so you can surely steal his ring of feather fall.

Edit: holy chestnuts, that fire resistance chain shirt is worth 10,050gp sold. Add 550gp for the other shirt and that's 10,600gp to spend on, say, a wand of lesser restoration and a wand of CMW.

I'm almost positive we have a wand of CMW that Jean carries but I might be wrong because, to be honest, I haven't been paying attention to loot and items other than my new falcata, my boots and thr noqual stuff.

Edit: Checked, indeed Jean carries one with 30 charges. Perhaps we could pick the lesser restoration one, an enlarge person one (You, Gumby and me would probably enjoy it if we lay the buffs beforehand) and a couple CLW for out of combat healing. Picking the CMW one is a sure investment but I do like to take risks, you know.

And all that is assuming Buzzard allows us the magic item buying and selling.
