Say 2 potions of cure moderate to Balik and 1 potion of cure moderate to Aram. Both have a wand of CLW for the remainder and can activate them.

GM, I assume the scorpion isn't smart enough to have intentionally collected anything. But we will search around to see if anything had been dropped in the area by prior victims.

Whew, that was close! Actually, I took 66 points, and only my fast healing 4 prevented me from being staggered.
Aram thankfully accepts the potion and chugs it back, and pulls out his wand and begins the slow process of healing the massive slices across his middle. "May need some help reaching the back gash... that bug cut me near in two! Thank you, friends, for your aid."

That's what he was using for my summoned creature. But by the time everyone is healed an we are ready to move, it will have expired and I don't have any more 5th level spell slots today.

After you've defeated the scorpion, you fond the trail of the Shadow Lodge agent and within 2 miles, you easily caught up with him. Who imminently recognizes that you are not his friends who he is expecting. He summons up 2 demons to fight along his side. You have 4 rounds to buff before you arrive at his location, but you guys can clearly see each other.

I can protect us from some type of energy if we know what kind, generally protect us from evil things, and give us the blessing of Nethys.

I assume Exiel will give haste again (though I can if you don't want to), Communal Protection from Energy X, Magic Circle against Evil, and Bless.
if one of you can make particular use of being invisible I can also do that. If not I will make myself invisible with the last buff.

Buff 1: Magic Circle against Evil on Alden (Alden and anyone that remains within 10 ft of him will get protection from evil)
Buff 2: Bless (+1 morale to attack rolls and vs. fear)
Buff 3: Communal Protection from Fire, unless someone gives me a different energy type to protect against (Absorbs 120 points of fire damage, that way Ralph can burn the world around us)
Buff 4: Greater Invisibility on self, then I will fly up off my horse.

Or wait, were we able to bring our horses down the tunnel? Maybe we are all on foot anyway. In that case I will attempt to fly about 15 ft up.

How far do we start away from him? I could be shooting for 4 rounds with bane arrows...
Assuming for some reason I can't identify him before then, my four rounds go thus:
Round 1: cast expeditious retreat (move speed is now 60).
Round 2: cast align weapon on my bow (treated as good).
Round 3: cast shield of faith.
Round 4: cast protection from evil. Swift action: activate judgement (protection, purity; added to stat bar).

That's correct Alden, this is a season 1 scenario. You were on foot since the tunnel. No, you can't shoot him for 4 rounds with arrows. It says that he had a few rounds to buff, so i gave you a few rounds to buff.

When he sees the Shadow Lodge agent, he will cast the following spells:
1st round: Enlarge person on Aram
2nd round: mirror image on Ralph images: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
3rd round: Phantom steed for Exiel
4th round: Resist energy (fire) on Exiel You know what to do.

Sorry, didn't realise we were waiting on me now. XD
"Take them down! We have them!" Exiel bellows as he kicks the phantom steed into a gallop.
Activating battle cry feat. Everyone gets +1 morale bonus to hit and saves vs fear for 1 minute, and can end the effect to reroll a failed save.
Using the incredible mobility of the phantom horse given to him by Ralph, Exiel skirts around the Babau demons (keeping 15ft distance from them in case they have 10ft reach) and comes at the Shadow Lodge agent from the side, reaches down and tries to get an arm around the shadow lodge agent's neck to get him into a headlock.
grapple roll: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (10) + 15 = 25 (5 bab 5 str 3 morale 2 luck)
I will provoke an attack of opportunity from the shadow lodge agent.
If he succeeds, Exiel will laugh.
"If this is to end in fire, then we should all burn together."

It's a move action to mount/dismount, so I reckon I would have done that in round 3.
But sinces he's flying in round 4, instead I'd fly straight up to him with my hasted fly speed and grapple him from the front. Different position but same result.

Exiel, you feel a unconformable wave rippling through your body as your gargoyle form fades from you. unless there is another one that is higher.

The shadow agent vanishes from Exeil's grasps as he teleports away. If you want you can make a perception check to see if you see him.
Demon 1 looks at the Ralphs and also casts Dispel Magic.
DM: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 which fails to effect anything I believe.
Demon 2 looks at the big Aram and also casts Dispel Magic.
DM: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 Which will most likely cause Aram to shrink back down to normal size.

Ralph spots the shadow lodge agent far in the distance and points him out to the rest of the party.
"Over there! He's over there!"
I'll have to think about my options. I'll wait to see what the others do before deciding my action, since I go last.
We should remember that our priority is getting to that witch and defeating him. We might be shooting long range spells at each other whilst the rest of you catch up to him.
