You realized that your spell did not have the effect you desired, as you see him start to age.
As I read it, I can choose to target a specific spell effect with a dispel magic. The only real difference is then it has no chance to affect something else if I fail.
My PFS Lavode De'Morcaine |
Ok, my bad. I thought you could target the spell effect like the fact that he is flying. But apparently, you have to know the exact spell used. I will get close enough to use a different spell next round.
Exiel |
Ok then, looks like nothing much has changed about the battlefield. Lavode, if he was using the spell I think he was, you might have reduced his CON and DEX by 2 points each, so you still managed to debuff him. =)
"Where do you think you're going?" Exiel snarls as he chases after the shadow lodge agent and stabs at him his hooked lance.

Ralph gives a triumphant cry as Caggrigar falls to his fireball.
"In the application of arcane might, I am clearly superior," he scoffs at Caggrigar's scorched corpse. He desends to Caggrigar's body to assess what arcane treasures and tools the witch had that might be of use.

You guys are lucky that summoned creatures can't summon.. or you would have 6 more demons to deal with.
Alden Helpinghand |
Alden can hear his friends being ripped apart but can do literally nothing about it! However, he will charge into the darkness hoping to bull-rush one of the devils if nothing else.
Alden is going to charge Naala straight for where he say the devil last. It will get an attack of opportunity on Naala, but at least it may distract them from killing his allies.

Satisfied that he has the mission's objective well in-hand, Ralph uses his bonded item to cast teleport, transporting himself from the World Wound and leaving the others to find their own way out gathers up the gear and flies towards the summoned demons. (70ft fly speed, run action.)
I believe Exiel's fly speed is still 60ft. Up to him whether or not he will be taking the run action again to get back to the others.

If it is normal darkness, my darkvision should still be effective. If not, I'll probably try a glitterdust.

Since the darkness spell can't stack, it is normal darkness.

Weird, I would have sworn you said they followed Alden out of the darkness, but I can't find it so my memory is wonky again.

As he flies over the darkness, Lavode pulls a bottle out of his haversack. Then he hurls it into the area where the battle sounds like it is coming from.

trip: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
"To me, friends! Let's finish off these cursed things!"
Alden readies to aid another on an attack roll by whichever of his allies stands adjacent to him first during this around.
+5 to an attack roll made by an adjacent ally this round.
Amsheagar |
That will happen on Lavodes turn. Your turn you are still in darkness.
Amsheagar |
IF you were double moving starting from the 4th round, you are 180 closer to the battle at the end of round 6. If you have haste, you are another 90 closer. You are either 220 feet away or 130 feet away from the action. I didn't scale up the map to include the entire 450 foot range.
Alden moves to trip the demon. Since his ally isn't there until his allies turn. And he is in darkness. Naala's attack strikes, enhanced by scent, strikes home. dealing 8 damage to the demon, but failing to trip it.

Aram bin Kaleel |
I'm having a hard time understanding the map, so I'm going to ignore it - GM, please feel free to put me in the right spot. I have no idea what all the dark grey lines are... there should be two darkness/dim areas, right?

There are multiple areas of darkness. The demons cast darkness at several occasions. Each gray square is an area of darkness, where the light level is dark. Anything within the light blue square is up one level, to dim.
