Was just reading over Isilme's new build. Super cool! I like the way the new Theurge VMC works.
One note, I see you took Mythic Boon: Expertise 3x. Note that "You may only take drawbacks, qualities, or boons once unless they specifically state otherwise (or the GM permits it in order to enable a specific concept)."
If Kiora already houseruled it, just ignore this.
You're right, haven't audited Isilme's (or Unafe's) sheets yet. So I've asked Isilme to dial back to just 1 Mythic Boon: Expertise.
I'd be open to a houserule to enable a specific build but would prefer to exhaust any other options before doing so.

Story note: Unafe has learned some of how to be a shaman from Old Aye, over the years...but she's always thought of herself unequivocally as Not The Shaman.
When she got back, she tried to figure out who's the shaman now. Only after realizing there really isn't one is she ready to hear Sicrwydd telling her she needs to be the shaman too.

I have been considering switching from the Leadership feat over to the base package of the Leadership sphere, but I am hoping to get a few clarifications. It would sort of affect whether I would go with the (cohort) or (followers) package, or whether I would make the switch at all. It would also influence how many feats I might end up spending to gain talents, as well as free up some skill ranks.
1) The cohort(s) granted by the (cohort) package are explicitly practitioner characters, and are fairly limited in how they can be built. This would mean that Lann no longer qualifies to be a cohort. Is this a limitation that we could overlook and/or work around? I get the impression that the rules were mostly written with a strictly Spheres-based setting in mind, but it's hard to say.
2) If I am reading the rules correctly, the cohorts package basically allows you to have a stable of cohorts. As of right now, Ehren would be able to have up to 12(!) contacts that he could recruit from, but not all at once. I know we've talked about other potential candidates for Ehren's cohort before, but the original intent was for them to replace Lann eventually. Would we ignore this aspect of the sphere, or refluff it somehow?
3) At the moment, I eventually plan to pick up High Clerist. This would give Ehren Mythic Leadership for free. If he has the Leadership sphere instead, could he get Mythic Sphere Mastery: Leadership for free instead? In this scenario, Ehren's cohort would never become mythic.
4) On the flip side of things, the (followers) package adds more options for micromanaging Ehren's followers. Is this something you would rather leave more to the RP side of things, or is the possibility of having Kellids of numerous professions with different benefits something that you're willing to entertain?
And that's pretty much it. If going with the Sphere looks like it might be too messy, I'd be perfectly happy sticking with Leadership as is. :)

To make things simpler for Hinagiku, I have switched her second domain from protection to healing (because I know I want a subdomain for healing, but I am not sure whether Hinagiku's beliefs are truly representative of protection).

Alright, Hinagiku's rebuild to remove cleric and evangelist and add spheres of might stuff is done! You can find it here. The first part describes the changes and incurred costs. The rest is the character sheet I will be using once the retraining is over.

I'm going to take a Mythic Tradition with drawbacks Recharge Required and Unfit for Power for the time being, and gain Legendary Gear(Cygnus) as the boon.
In order to recharge Isilme will need to have time to meditate for an hour at night under a starlit sky.
Obviously this will switch to Relic-bound x2 and Patron when she gets her new body.
Isilme
Isilme is going to scribe the following into her bard songbook:
From her old Magus Spellbook:
(2) Mirror image, minor image (40x2)
From Xanderghul's Spellbook:
(3) dispel magic, haste, displacement, major image (90x4)
(4) shadow conjuration (160)
From purchased scrolls:
(4) treasure stitching, wall of sound (1000x2+160x2)
Total Cost = 2920 gp

I'm around to post some this weekend. After that, I'm likely far from signal much of the week of 4/12. (I may be surprised, but expect to be signal-less.)
For while I'm away, here's what I see for Unafe (in case it makes sense to bot or handwaive her actions).
Once back in Drezen:
- Let her people know that the plague is over, and that Dolok is at peace
- Start teaching interested Demetae (including Wintersuns or others who want to learn) Demetae ways. Rituals, history, etc. Sharing Old Aye's songs and stories.
- As soon as Ehren is ready go back for the statue, go get it together. (Anyone else welcome...but my OOO assumption is we left it so that Eheren wouldn't have to fly with so many people AND it on him)
- Once the statue is back, make it a centerpiece of pride for the regrowing Demetae community. (Presumably with Demetae guarding it, since it's expensive wood.)
- Continue to get to know Drezen (She'll be happy to be introduced to places / foods / music that folks want to introduce her to).
I'm OK with RPing any of that, to the extent that I'm around...but also OK with handwaiving any of it, or having it described as happening in the background, while I'm on vacation.
Kiora, if there's any of that in particular you'd WANT me to RP (or need more detail from me about) let me know.

Discovered a mistake on my sheet, had athletics listed as +23 due to Athletics Sphere bonus adding +1/2 BAB, but as I have fly (acro), leap (athl), and run (acro) packages, it should a bonus to Acrobatics instead. I don't believe this impacts anything in the past in a negative way. I can't find a source that suggests that I should be treating run as Athletics (like leap), despite thinking I should for some reason. In fact, a post in discord says to treat it as acrobatics when I search there.
This means:
Athletics is +18
Acrobatics is +21 (+8 to fly for perfect flight speed (total 29 for fly skills))
It doesn't affect this trial because I'll use Athletics rather than flying.
If this is wrong, I'll change it back!

Writing this here instead of our usual channel to make sure I can put the answers in my archices and not ask the same questions again!
Kiora, I have been looking into spheres more, trying to find a cool archetype mixing spheres of power and might. There are quite a few interesting choices for paladin (looking at retraining paladin levels to Grand purifier). However, there is only one choice for monks, and the flavour really does not fit Hinagiku at all. Considering the rule of “fluff”, I was wondering whether it would be possible to simply have a neutral archetype (homebrew) that essentially trades-in the same abilities as the drifting lotus monk in order to get access to spheres.
Essentially, the monk gives up and stunning fist, bonus feats and fast movement to gain access to spheres’ powers and replace her ki pool with magic pool.
It also replaces flurry of blows and style strikes to get some specific powers linked to teleportation (which I am not interested in at all) and which cost ki. It might be a balancing issue, so in the case of a neutral archetype, I would not mind losing flurry and style strike (the gain in spheres powers is more than enough to make up for this loss. Of course, to make this work I would need to drop flowing monk, but to be honest, the benefits still outweigh the losses (and spheres has plenty to allow Hinagiku to gain pretty much the same abilities tha flowing monk gives)..
The others (don’t remember who exactly) also noticed that spheres have something like ABP in them. They have oaths that I find would be particularly interesting for Hinagiku. Things like oath of poverty and humility would allow her to have almost the same abilities to ABP while being slightly more versatile and allowing her to rely even less on magic items. As such, I was wondering if you would be willing to let Hinagiku pick this over ABP. Note that oath of humility overlaps with her oath from her mythic tradition (so might not be acceptable). Obviously, Hinagiku would give away Transcendent Sight if she took the oath of poverty.

Hey Kiora! Most Dreamscarred Press material is already cleared, but I just wanted to run these by you before investing too much thought into it.
I am thinking about taking the Formless Master prestige class in a few levels, which lists having three Shifting Feats as prerequisites. If that all looks fine to you, I might do a little bit of retraining so that I can take the class sooner rather than later.
Ehren Ferron
I still might! It's hard to commit to anything, honestly. But I figure I have plenty of time to think it over. :)
Hinagiku.
I am done writing Hinagiku's retraining. The full description can be found here. I would normally write it here, but the formatting of the forums is difficult to do and this is honestly a long list of changes that highly benefit from good formatting.
Hinagiku.
hah! Unfortunately for Kiora, no. Let's try: Hinagiku sees all, giving her new abilities to avoid attacks and avoid being taken by surprise, while also improving her own attacks. He powers come at the cost of emotional and mental focus, yet they also allow her to focus herself. She cannot attack or deal as much damage as she used to.
@Kiora: I have also updated Hinagiku's tactics to the following (it can be found in the google sheets I use):
In addition to performing her daily obedience, Hinagiku studies Body Outside Body to gain Sensitivity to Psychic Impressions. Or not, I assume the book is too expensive for Hinagiku to use.
Every morning, Hinagiku uses her shawl of life keeping, pouring 10 hp in it and healing herself with 1 channel use. She also casts prescience and battlefield sense (and renews them every 5 hours).
When expecting a fight and allowed to take a single move action per round (if group is moving slowly), Hinagiku will cast and concentrate on rapid response.
First round of fight (or at all time in the worldwound), Hinagiku holds her breath.
Use non-lethal damage if they are not divine castes or outsiders.
Out of turn, Hinagiku will always use her bodyguard feat unless otherwise noted, but keeping always one AoO free for Shoulder Roll.

Transformation and Ary's Dedicated Air Elemental Talent have both been errata'd!
Dedicated Elemental is entirely gone, leading to me taking an altered base package.
Ary's fly speed is reduced to 30 feet and her maneuverability is reduced to good (though she gains access to many more traits when using alteration magic as a result of the change).
Transformation is now a swift action to activate for Ary and Unafe, their alternate forms can have certain portions omitted (such as size change for Unafe, or the cosmetic changes for Ary) and their alternate forms can have blank transformation effects used on them (Darkvision, growing claws, etc). Their alternate forms are now Supernatural, rather than Extraordinary.
Ary chose a package for each talent she gained in light body, merging those into Expanded Training frees up a single talent, which I will spend on Swift Movement. While Ary has martial focus, she gains +20 feet to her land speed and fly speed. (Total of 50 for each.)
In the future, I would like to invest in the legendary talent Elemental Purity, which adds a huge amount of speed to any movement traits I add (which would be her air elemental fly speed, and her water elemental swim speed... which she may get later - wind jets!). Would you be okay with me taking Elemental Purity in the future? (Also, would I be able to use my Transformation Feat's CL for alteration as the prereq for that talent? If not, it'll be level 14+ before this even becomes important! :))

@Kiora: If you have not started auditing Hinagiku's new build I would ask for more time to shuffle a few things around, if not, then I will go with the build I currently have.
The reason I hesitate to go with the current one is the book. Not only is it a cool item, it is something that I, as a fellow GM, recognise how much work and investment goes into it. I partly feel that giving it away invalidates a lot of that. I realise Hinagiku has given it away, but I have an idea regarding how she could still use it (borrow perhaps). Anyway, I just discovered a way to make Hinagiku work the way I want without the oaths, allowing her to use the book if accessible.
Please let me know and don't feel obligated to indulge me, I a good with both options of keeping Hinagiku as is or modifying her some more.

Gold star for Ary - 23,000 posts! :)
Over the last thousand posts we've:
- Traveled to the Taranau Valley
- Liberated the Demetae from a mad clan-liege
- Slayed the Woundwyrm
- Traveled to Iobaria
- Awoke Dolok Darkscale
- Saved the Demetae from an ancient, magical plague
- Traveled to Minkai for Sakuramatsuri
- Underwent the Trials of Sakakabe Temple
- Met Hinagiku's mom
- Reincarnated (twice)
I'm hoping that over the next thousand posts we:
- Save Isilme's beau
- Resolve (at least) two more mythic trials!
- Wrap up most on-going plot threads in Drezen
I look forward to the next many thousand posts with all of you <3

Operation Rescue Aravashnial:
1) We finish evacuating halflings and sealing the barn off
2) We use silent image to let Aglais know what Aravashnial looks like
3) Isilme, Aglais and Xander work to find Aravashnial, while Unafe/Ehren work with Valais to get the halflings and riftwardens organized and moving
4) Once we pinpoint Aravashnial's location, we decide who is going in, and all strike at once, get the two riftwardens and get back out asap.

I've been thinking a lot about what I want Xander to do. I think I have something like an answer.
He won't turn himself in. Frankly, he feels betrayed by Ary, and besides won't consign himself to a lifetime of imprisonment or a potential execution.
He will certainly not harm any of his friends, or expect anyone to side with him. When presented with the possibility of arrest, he flees. He uses illusions and his Flickering Step to evade the authorities.
Knowing that he is likely to be pursued, he employs flight and invisibility to leave the city. Then he hikes into the heart of the Worldwound. If he is able to make it past the radius of the Sword of Valor, he feels pretty home free. If anyone catches up to him, he can disable them with nonlethal illusions like phantasmal web.
His next goal is to find someplace to call home. Somewhere better than a cave, maybe with some demons that aren't too strong. Ideally, Xander scopes out a few places that are safe to rest and wanders between them, adopting different disguises via illusion and becoming some sort of wasteland sage/crazy pseudo-villain. In this position, his goal is to foster the growth of his cult.
How does that sound?
I'm happy to play through the following scenes if you feel we need to roll some dice to see if he actually gets away with these things, or if you have any of your own input to add.

Assuming that Xander flees, and it's known that Rahadoum won't free Ary without both of them, or that Ary reaches out to Isilme to let her know that she won't accept trading her freedom for Isilme's, Isilme will likely leave Drezen with Aravashnial instead of allowing herself to be shipped to Rahadoum.
Her goal will be to move to Thuvia, where she'll set up a shop with Aravashnial, and try to live a 'normal' life. She'll train Jahani to be her successor, including handing down Cygnus, and work with her to restore the Desnans' anti-slavery efforts in Rahadoum, with an eventual goal of ending slavery there and breaking Ary out of jail someday.

A few addendums:
Xander obviously can't spend all his time wandering the wasteland. He signed an infernal contract committing to teach part-time at a university in Cheliax for 3 years! So he's gotta do at least some of that. He plans to fulfill the terms of his contract, assuming that there's nothing too terrible in there and he can spend the rest of the year outside of Cheliax no problem.
On another hand, Xander doesn't want to completely abandon Drezen. He knows he's not welcome there, so he wouldn't try to move back in. Ehren offered in Discord to assist Xander with a second forced reicarnation, in order to disguise his identity further. As a result, Xander would feel comfortable entering Drezen from time to time as a wanderer, bringing news and checking on his followers.

Muleback Cords (x2, 2 days, CL 3, DC 8)
Heavyload Belt (2 days, CL 1, DC 6)
Stone of Alliance (5 days, CL 3, DC 8)
Ehren should auto-succeed on the DC 6 with crafter's fortune, (1+11+5-10=6), and auto-succeeds on the other three combines as long as Li'an or Auraelia make their aid checks.
Spellcraft (L): 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (5) + 20 = 25

Ehren's Transactions
Ehren is going to sell the rod of the python for its sale value of 4,500 gp. Seeing as it once belonged to Alrys Bishop, he will try to make sure that it remains in the Crusades, where it will still see use.
Ehren will use the wardstone shards to craft for himself an evil outsider-bane amulet of mighty fists with 1 capacity, allowing him to use his full enhancement bonus without it being absorbed. He will get Li'an and Auraelia's help with completing it.
Craft Amulet of Mighty Fists DC 10 (Exploit, Aided): 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 11 + 2 = 31
Ehren will also pay 500 gp as an "adoption fee" for Ary's own muleback cords, taking them as a reminder of the importance of carrying one's burdens.
Including the aforementioned 1,500 gp retraining fees, in total this will cost the party a net total of 3,500 gp.

If it is still available, I would like the spare suit of celestial armor for Lann - the one that once belonged to Delamere. But if it's gone with Isilme, I am okay with that, too.

I don't see why she would've taken it with her,. She very likely has her own suit and shield hidden in a trunk at this point, and makes sure to disguise Cygnus on a daily basis. No doubt Jerribeth would love to find out where they are and send someone to pay them a visit, so they have to be cautious.
I had thought about giving it to Li'an, but Li'an doesn't wear armor, so it absolutely should go to Lann.

I think previously you actually suggested giving it to Li'an? :p
