Slypher takes a swing at the dead adventurer and cuts off a large piece of tissue. The undead monster continues to lumber on.
Aasif's arrow glances the Wight, doing only a small amount of damage.
The wight lumbers forward and tries to punch Sorin.

Sorin staggers back from the brutal assault, first the solid blow from the zombie, then the touch of the other creature that seems to almost suck the life out of him. He pulls on his last wellspring of energy and puts all his strength into attacking the foul creature that touched him.

Sorin, angered by the unatural foes, smashes the wight with all of his might. His sword connects with the dead man with cruel brutality. The wight staggers, but doesn't fall.
The zombies, mindlessly try to attack whatever is in front of them.

Both zombies hit with their massive fists! The second, nearly sending Sorin to the ground!
Pai tries to blast the Wight with her magical energy, but the holy bolt misses the wight and smashing into the stone around the sarcophagus.
Jostrum takes careful aim at the Wight and his arrow strikes right in its skull. The undead creature falling to the ground motionless!

Osric watches Aasid in amazement. "Maybe you ought to try actually stabbing the thing?!?!?!?"

Aasif tries vainly to stab the zombie in hopes to distract it from Slypher. The zombie though isn't even smart enough to understand the tactic. Slypher though takes his dagger and buries it into the zombies chest.
The zombie reaches out and tries to pound Slypher in the head with its meaty fist.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 for damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
The other Zombie tries to do the same to Sorin.

Confused...how did the zombies get to go twice before Sorin went again? Because if these are super zombies or something, Sorin is at -6hp right now.

Just checked it, it seems there were three zombie attacks and one wight attack. So one zombie too many. I´m afraid one of your esteemed martials will go down though. If not i suggest getting close to me in the next round so i can cast a protection from evil on a martial.

Whoops, I switched the zombies and the wights around in the initiative order. Slypher +10 HP, Sorin +7 Hit Points. Osric and Sorin turns now .Then the Zombies.

As he swings at the creature one of the zombies stumbles into him, limbs flailing and knocking his attack aside, leaving the wight unharmed.

Great. I posted a staff attack on the wight before I realized I was confused. My first strike was a miss, so I can save that miss on the honor system. I would like to change to keeping my dagger in hand.

The party closes in on the last zombie, but a flurry of misses allows the undead man to stay on his feet. Jostrum is the only one who whose blade can dig into its skin. But it only nicks the zombies hide.

Sorin, bleeding from multiple wounds, brings his sword around to block a blow from the remaining zombie, then steps back and lunges at the undead, hoping to decapitate it.

Sorin's blow is a mighty one, the zombie's arm falls to the ground lifeless. However, the undead monster still wages war on the explorers! It tries to smash Sorin again!
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24 Confirm: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 for Damage: 2d6 + 8 ⇒ (4, 4) + 8 = 16
The zombie smashes Sorin right in the chest. Multiple ribs explode in pain and Sorin is falls to the ground in agony!
Initiative: The PC's all get a turn, then the poor lone zombie with one hit point. Go in any order, though technically Sorin is last for the purposes of healing and stabilization rolls.

The room erupts in battle as Jostrum and Slypher viciously try to stop the zombie from eating Sorin's eyes out. But they can't seem to stop this horrible, horrible creature. Finally Pai's energy beam corses through the Zombie and he falls to the ground motionless.
With great concern, Osric lets his positive energy wash over Sorin preventing the explorer from dying.

Searching the slain undead, you find that the wight was wearing a silver signet ring that would be valuable to the Society. It appears to have a family sigil of a Silvercrown surrounding by thorns.
The sarcophagus is empty, the lid misplaced and shattered on the ground near the undead. You find nothing else of value in this room.

Sorin blanks out for a few moments, when the zombie hits him with a fist to the chest, sending him flying through the air and crashing to the ground in a shower of sparks.
He awakens groggily to find Osric over him.
"Well, I guess we won. Otherwise I wouldn't be seeing your smiling face. I certainly know it isn't the afterlife...you aren't good looking enough to be greeting me for that." he says with a half-chuckle, as Osric helps him back to his feet.
"Thanks for keeping me alive Osric." he says, clapping him on the shoulder.
