Sorry Slypher- missed your edit and yes you did nail it! However, Osric you still need to make a Fort save, the poison is an ongoing effect.
Slypher moves into a better melee position, but his staff can't connect with the swift bug. Pai however, finds spot in the monsters armor and her bolt digs deep into its armor. White and grey material starts to ooze down its leg and onto the floor. But it keeps fighting. She isn't able to determine what kind of foul creature this might be.

Jostrum's arrow wedges into a hole in the armor. More ichor starts to drain, but still the giant creature stays on its feet, claws flailing everywhere.
Attack Sorin: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22 for damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Attack Slypher: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 for damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Bite Aasif: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Even defending himself totally, Sorin is caught with another claw sending him to the ground bleeding heavily. Stab. Roll: 1d20 + 2 - 6 ⇒ (11) + 2 - 6 = 7. Even more blood pools around his body.
The other strikes Slypher in the chest, punishing the fighter even more.
Sorin is -6; PC's turn; No new map for this turn.

Slypher swings once and fails. He makes up for it with his second strike.
Staff 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3, Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Staff 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19, Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Aasif
|
Aasif takes a quick step to try and get the bug between Slypher and himself, then tries a vicious stab.
I assume we can move into flanking position, if not just ignore the sneak attack and flanking bonus
attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
damage: 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2
sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Pai Song
|
Pai Song uses her wand of infernal healing on Sorin, which should get him back on his feet in no time.
One minute of fast healing 1 is like 10hp i guess? Also think it´s the third time i used it in here. Just to count it.

Other than the warped statue in the room, you don't find much. However Aasif searches around a bit more and finds a hidden compartment in the statue! Reaching inside he pulls out a tightly wrapped bag, inside contains a magical sword! small +1 cold iron short sword. Also is a small bag of rubies.
Aasif
|
"Wonderful. The most merciful gods have seen fit to put these treasures here. And fitting my delicate hands, too! What a truly wonderful treasure! I say let's search the rest of this complex."
Aasif exclaims in high spirits. The fat halfling seems overly happy about the chance findings.
Pai Song
|
Ah i´m somehow really lost in this complex. I trust you guys know the right way.
If Sorin is still wounded, Pai Song will take care of his wounds with her wand. Else she will just follow the party, congratulating Aasif on his new sword and admiring the rubies, which bring her eyes to shine.

There is a door that heads west out of this room (away from the "main" room)
Once everyone is healed, the explorers continue through from this shrine and into a small hallway that twists to the south west. From the hallway you can see a large, L-shaped chamber is filled with knee-deep, pale purple mist. Beneath the mist is a floor of small, glossy black blocks, noticeably different from the flagstone elsewhere in the dungeon. Stone archways exit to the north.

"Alright, I would say either the little guy or the big guy is up. Someone who can find a trap without getting killed." Slypher gestures onward.

Jostrum looks around and as soon as he steps into the room to investigate horrible images fly through his brain. Its last only a moment, but for an instant you felt as if you had been horribly murdered!
Will Save DC11, damage: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 6) = 9 and Shaken for one hour. If pass, no shaken on ly half of the damage
Jostrum Finderwell
|
Will Save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Jostrum's face blanches and his knees begin to buckle as he cries out in pain. Err, ware yourselves, he says through clenched teeth, I not sure if it is a trap or something to do with this room.He says, visibly shaken. If it was a trap, I don't know how I missed it coming in, which leads me to believe its some kind of affect of the room. I felt deep pain as if wounded and I don't feel myself now. Jostrum removes his healing wand amd uses it on himself, before returning it to his wrist sheath.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Osric moves into the room, helping Jostrum as needed and looking around in the mist. He will cast light to help him search the room.
perception for searching 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
will save if needed 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
can he tell anything about the mist from his knowledge planes or religion (bot at +4)?
He will make a quick pass, especially looking into the mist for clues or items.

Osric has a similar feeling as he enters the room- dread and death and other things horrible. You passed- take 4 damage, no shaken
However, looking around the room the cleric detects nothing that could be causing this effect.
Once Jostrum recovers from his fright, looking around he does find a small purple garnet on the ground. Picking it up, the purple haze starts to fade from the room. However, the fog (now colorless) still remains.

I would assume once you've saved against it, you're done. So I suppose I was asking for Pai, Sorin, or Aasif to dive headlong into the room of nightmares.
Aasif
|
Ahhh! Aasif screams. Then, still panting, he adds: It seems the most conondry conundrum remains...
He, too takes a few moments searching the room for traps or anything unusual.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
