Actually if you are editing it anyway, I'll use my folio reroll to reroll my dayjob.

Why is the Grand Lodge boon crossed out for Rocky?
Also, Rocky is out of tier so the gold is wrong.
It's crossed out for everyone. You did not unlock the gates to Jormurdun proper, which would have required you...
To bypass the door and gain entrance to Jormundun, the PCs need to make a successful DC 30 Disable Device check (DC 35 for subtier 10–11).
Once the locking mechanism securing the inner gates is bypassed, the gate guardian swings the heavy doors open and steps aside.

Did we have to do it before the fight? The trap was disabled, Rocky could beat a 35 on a take 20. We jumped straight from the battle to the wrap up.

Note that as far as I know in PFS the spells you can gain during play are turned into scrolls and placed into the CS among the items avaiable to you for completion. You cannot normally gain spells from another wizard's spellbook in PFS.
This is definately not true, acquiring new spells uses the normal rules in the CRB. It is dealt with in this FAQ.

@Rocky: As far as am concerned you should do things in play and you had the chance to open the portal before the fight started.
@Miguel: I find the expression "purchase access to a NPC spellbook" to be debatable in meaning. I searched the boards for this and it doesn't seem as clear cut as you seem to think it is. I found references (admittedly dating back to 2010) supporting what I wrote. That said I might very well got this wrong but in this case it does not matter because... Tancred Desmire does not have a spellbook with him.
As for your CS I'll redo it this evening reporting out of tier gold.
