Yeah ... that's it thanks. I should really bookmark it or something.
Could the following Pathfinders report to Recruitment and sign in please.
Makai
Drazzel
Grommfell the Precipitous
Aleksandr Ostenoff
There is currently space on the signup sheet for two more. I believe DoubleGold and roll4initiative were also interested.

And now I can't remember where to go to start a new campaign thread.
Use this link below:

You can also click on "Online Campaigns" in the breadcrumbs in the upper left of this very page, then click "Play-by-Post" to get to that same place Tyranius linked. That's what I do, since I can never otherwise remember.

I'll sign up tomorrow morning (US West Coast) if the game has trouble filling.
For clarity, earlier today I noticed there were empty slots so I signed up on the spreadsheet, but I waited for your instruction before signing into Recruitment. Someone else signed up in Recruitment in the meantime, and I'm fine letting them have the space. So that's why there may be a blank line on the spreadsheet with 6 signups.
Have fun!

It looks like there is still a spot left. I think Phaeton didn't realize Roll4initiative & C. Dragos is the same person (me), and someone posted with two different characters but is only playing one of them.

Actually, I think he has an overflow, his gameplay thread only has 4 or 5 people in it or so, but the google doc sheet on the previous page of Cottonseed recruitment has 6 people and I know I'm not on it, forcing it to be 7 or more. A side affect of one, the google doc sheet being created late from when he called for the interest, and two, it appearing on the previous page of the recruitment of cottonseed causing some people not to see it.
I'll leave it up to the DM to decide who's in or not. Personally, I'd just split it and make two tables.

As far as I see it, I currently have five active players:
Farol with Makai
C Dragos with Drazzel
Lysle with Groomfield
DoubleGold with Zac Freeman 3 (who I have added to the empty row)
Mike Hallet with Alexandr
I manually added DoubleGold because the spreadsheet is what I use for reporting and chronicles so it needs to accurately reflect the status of the game.
The sixth row is occupied by Brandon with Nnmamdi, who hasn't dotted in yet. That character is also in the recruitment thread so you're welcome to join.

A general FYI, signups for Outpost IV are open. There are several games that still need players. In fact, if you have not played 1-04, Bandits of Immenwood, go sign up. We need another one or two. :)
Hey! I have a Bard who could participate in 1-04. I'll reach out to the GM and see if I can get in.

You can sign up on his game from the spreadsheet!
After you have signed up for the game on the spreadsheet then click on that games gameplay link from the spreadsheet and check into the game!

There are four slots currently, so by all means, follow the link Tyranius supplied above and sign-up.
While I'd have more fun with more players, your table is legal under the new rules, Zallara, so no worries that it will fold.
Went ahead and signed up in your game Blake, if you'll have me of course. This'll be my first foray into PF2e.

Two spots left in my Outpost IV game, 1-03 (Escaping the Grave).
Please sign up here. Go to the PFS2 tab, and fill out your information on row #10. There are also other open games, too, but mine is the best.
Gameplay is here. Game starts on February 16 ... ish (I'm US West Coast so it'll still be February 15 here muhahahaha).

GM Enchanter |

I also have two spots in my #1-07, Flooded King's Court. (Not as good as Watery's, but still fun!)
Who can resist the goblins' call for help? (row 15 on the PF2 page)
From a ruined theater in the run-down Puddles district of Absalom, a goblin hero and self-styled king rules over the nearby goblins. Shifting foundations beneath the playhouse have revealed ruins from Absalom's early history, and the goblin king has put out a call for explorers to search the area and clear out its dangers. The Pathfinder Society has answered the call. They aren't the only group that is interested, however, and they must prove themselves to earn the right to enter these lost chambers.

Hey guys, I'm a little confused on the subject of PbP and ownership of material.
Say, if I want to make a summoner when it releases, how can I show my GM that I own the rulebook that contains it? If I don't, can I still buy the Summoner class with achievement points? Is all of this necessary for PbP play or just for face-to-face play?
It's a little confusing as with my group we just had the core manual and we used everything we didn't have the APs needed from the SRD back in 1e, but then again we never played PFS so...

BretI |

The rules are on the Character Options page in the section on "Using options from other sources".
The part you want is "proof of purchase, such as a receipt from a game store or a screenshot of your My Downloads page on paizo.com."

DoubleGold |

In a face to face game, it is easy to prove what sources you have and which ones you don't. In a PBP game, it is hard, not everyone has a smartphone with a camera or a digital camera or even the the know how, ie. technologically dumb. It is rare a GM will ask you to prove you own the source in a PBP game, and I don't know about a face to face game cause I never had the chance to play one. This doesn't mean use it without owning the source, because Paizo needs their money so they can make more books. You buy the advanced players guide, you can use it, and now Paizo has money to make an advanced players guide 2. Well actually, one person wouldn't make a difference, but then others would start doing it to and if everyone bypassed purchasing it, Paizo wouldn't have the money to make advanced players guide 2.

Thanks for the clarification Bretl and DoubleGold :) I understand better now how this is. Just to fully understand, if I wanna unlock something with achievement points, I also have to show ownership of the material right? I'll get the APG anyways down the road, but this just made me curious on how it works :)

![]() |

Bret has it correct. Easiest way for PbP is screenshot your Downloads page with the source that the GM is asking for.
As for your AcP question you do need to own the source material if you are going to use it but otherwise there is nothing in the AcP system that you will have to show proof of ownership to other than your GM.

Players may use any Paizo published books or supplements they own during character creation, provided the options are valid per the Character Options resource document, Players residing in the same household may share owned resources. Options in the Paizo Core Rulebook and Lost Omens: Character Guide are considered always available resources regardless of ownership.

Is there any adventure open for Kei? Would be his first one. I'm still kinda new to this despite participating in two PFS scenarios. He's a human level 1 Leaf Order Druid, I don't know why the info isn't showing in my post...
Also ignore the Leshy, it's just hard to find an avatar that looks close to what I wanted so, let's go with the leshy familiar stuff instead :P

What's the rule on joining Outpost games at this point?
It is still early enough to hop into an Outpost Game.
Oh, and that's another thing; should I be posting here or in Gameplay to ask for joining a game?
Welcome Kei! We have just begin our Online PbP Convention. We have several games that just started a couple of days ago. If you want to look over this list in the link below. Let me us knw what game you might be interested in that still has a player slot available and we will get you settled in.
Tis is a fine location to look for a game, though it you post in the Gameplay tab of this thread it will add this recruitment list to your Campaign Page. It makes it much easier to look for games in the future.

Ok, will do that then :)
I was looking at the list of games and I'd like to see about joining Watery Soup's "Escape from the Grave"! Is it gonna be PbP? I see many games are taking place in Discord; not only I'm quite a shy person who doesn't speaks english as his main language, but I have the virus, thus, my throat is quite sore for the time being :(

It's the best game. A tremendous game. Nobody's ever seen a game like it.

Hey guys, thanks for all the help getting into a game! :)
I come back, again, with some questions:
-I have a couple PFS characters I used during my first PbP experiences and I came up with other character concepts I enjoy more. How can I change them without breaking any rules?
-Is PFS1E more active than 2e? How hard is it to play it PbP considering 1e is a more complicated rules system?
-How many PFS PbP games can I participate at a given time? Is it "bad manners" to be participating in more than one?

How many PFS PbP games can I participate at a given time? Is it "bad manners" to be participating in more than one?
"As many as you can reasonably pay attention to."
Several of us participate in more than one at a time. It can be easy to join too many. Many of us recommend only starting with one at a time until you have a sense for the style and your own availability. If you find your parties waiting over a day on your character frequently, you're not ready to play in more than one.
Is PFS1E more active than 2e? How hard is it to play it PbP considering 1e is a more complicated rules system?
I'm not certain if any one is more or less active on the Paizo boards.
Complexity is relative. I them to be the same difficulty level to play on PbP.
I have a couple PFS characters I used during my first PbP experiences and I came up with other character concepts I enjoy more. How can I change them without breaking any rules?
I don't think this applies to you or your question, but I'm adding it for posterity should someone else be reading through with the question. Characters are locked within system. PFS(1) stays in PFS(1) and PFS(2) stays in PFS(2).
If you have yet to play a character number at 2nd level, you can redo any aspect of the character except money spent on consumables that have been used. If you have played at 2nd level, other than the PF2 retraining system, which will only let you change feats or skill trainings with any efficiency, there are rebuild boons that can be purchased with the Achievement Points you earn by playing.
A quick browsing of your Aliases suggests you are in the free complete redo period for all of your characters, assuming the information there is up to date.

HI!! I'm extremely intrested! Does tier 1-4 mean this is for level 1 characters? I have never played a RPG before and this sounds like it's for new players and characters. Is it?
