I started playing RPGs with the Basic edition of D&D in 1989. I've been hooked ever since. I've spent about 90% of that time on the DM side of the screen. I'm comfortable with Basic Edition, Original Edition, AD&D 1st and 2nd Edition, 3.0, 3.5, and of course Pathfinder and Starfinder. (I'm also fairly knowledgeable with GURPS, Top Secret, MERP, James Bond, Star Wars, WEG, Boot Hill, Gamma World, and TMNT.) Most of my campaigns have taken place in Dragonlance or Greyhawk, but I've got a lot of experience with Forgotten Realms, Dark Sun, Kara-Tur, Legend of the Five Rings, Spelljammer, and Ravenloft. This does occasionally lead to mixing up my editions, but I think I do alright. I started playing Pathfinder with Season 0 slot 1 at Gen Con. I became a Venture-Lieutenant in January of 2015, and I love every minute of it.
My Pledge to Players in My Games:
At my table, this game is escapist fantasy for all. You may have as much freedom as your imagination allows, so long as it doesn't impinge on another's enjoyment. I welcome all players at my table. I promise that if something makes you uncomfortable at a game, I will address it discretely, professionally, and completely. I pledge that my games are a safe haven of fun role-playing and baddie slaying.
