Wow, and I just got my shipping confirmation ~10 minutes ago.

I'd still like you to check the shipping. If UPS Ground is going to be this high on small-ish orders, I might need to re-evaluate my shipping method.

I'm actually a little curious here too,I had my Character Add-On and August promo's switch to ship immediately, and its going to cost 4.67 for shipping, but adventure deck 4 is shipping for 6.39. *Edit* I know it's not as big a charge as Skeld's, but still an odd difference for items that should weigh about the same.

Also, is it a normal glitch for my entire September shipment to be in October right now, including that glitched extra copy of the S&S base set and Character Add-On?

The part where it moved to October is normal. It was scheduled to run yesterday, and the batch didn't complete all orders, so it moves you automagically to the next scheduled run. It should correct later this morning when the CS team restarts the batch processing.

Hopefully the glitches with the extra base set(s) will go away once the add-on decks are all shipped. I am showing two, but it should be zero. I am sure the CS team will be at least as happy as we are when that one disappears.

Shoot. Everything looked good last night with the payment to go through sometime yesterday -- but now it's showing October 3rd again and I suppose that means it needs to be restarted. Last night I was so excited about the prospects of getting the next set, I added a class deck to the mix... I hope this will be ready to ship when my subscription is eventually ready.

andi, it might be better to start a new thread for your request. The customer service folks are pretty good, but its easy to overlook a request like that in a long thread like this.

Had a logging issue and crashed a little less than halfway through. I've restarted it. Chugging away again.

Laruuk, maybe. On the other hand, the actual shipping notification is correct, so it must just have been a display issue.

Quick question,
If I have a sub but also I've had a separate order for a cleric deck, I've got the new email for the sub and the email from july 31 for the class deck, both say pending. (in the email AND on the web site.)
Are they going to get charged at the same time and get shipped together?

The items look correct, the pricing on S&S Character Add-on deck shows for 63.98 however. Is that just a display error on the price of that product or am i getting multiple? I would only like one : )

I have not received an e-mail and my subscription for September is still in "pending". Order number 3274075. This is my first subscription so maybe I am doing something wrong, not really sure.

I received my email and it looks like everything is there except for some reason the character add on deck is showing as shipping separately with the verbiage "originally expected to ship in 2-14 business days.

Does this mean that the Character add on decks are still not available? The family might have to bite the bullet and just play through without those characters if we have to put it off another month. :(

My Add-On deck is listed with the rest of my shipment, only three other items (Champions of Corruption, one of the comics, and the Flip-Mat) are set to ship separately; so I guess your configuration is just coincidental. Both my shipments are listed as "Expected to ship in 2 to 14 business days to Koeln, Germany" which is kind of normal, I guess.


Do we know when Class Decks are supposed to be shipped? I have two that I preordered (Bard and Sorcerer), and they weren't listed in my shipment. I don't think I added them to my sidecart because I wasn't technically a subscriber at the time I placed the order.

They are shipping with subscriptions now. For those shipping separate from subscriptions, I'm not sure when that will happen.

But if you want, I think they can still combine them with your subscription order as long as they do it before you get your "shipping" email. You just need to ask. It might be helpful if you reference both order numbers to make it easier for them to process it.

Does anyone have the answer to this question? Same thing happened to me basically (only difference is mine new card was already in the system, but for some reason it was still trying to use the old one. Does anyone know how to fix that for future subscriptions?)

Hmm...If you click "My Account" in the upper right is "Order History". I think that should be saying "You have one pending order." And if you click "View Your Order History" you should see an order in that with a status of pending. And the order number of that order should match the order number in your email. Are you saying you aren't seeing any of that?


Hm, I'm looking at the subscriptions page and the October shipment still contains a Base Set and Character Add-On. Was the batch job supposed to fix the display problems or just allow the pending emails to be sent?

No, I got the authorization email 2 days ago and there is no activity on my account, not even an authorization.

Yours were in two separate orders and not the sidecart so they did not ship with the subscription. I've combined the orders and sent you a new confirmation email.

That's odd because I remember checking up on the first order several times (the second one was made recently) and it said it was in the sidecart.
