Semi-related to September shipping, and not something I feel the need or desire to create a separate thread for, but how is the customer service email backlog coming along?
I had a minor issue with my September shipment that caused me to send an email, and I'm wondering if there's an estimate for the turnaround time on emails. As I said, the issue was minor, and I did receive my shipment, so it's not that I'm in a rush. I just want to try and be sure that this particular issue isn't going to pop up again for October's shipment.

Sigh. Not only was my order shipped on the last day of shipment, it's now almost 4 weeks later, and the package contain 90% of my shipment (especially the PACG stuff) still hasn't arrived here in Germany, which is really unusual; normally it takes two weeks. The first part (with three items) did in fact arrive two weeks ago, which was also when a friend of mine got his full shipment.
Anybody else with similar shipment delays or is this just a case of bad luck?

Not this month, but I've had two shipments take five weeks, and one that got caught in the people-taking-days-off-at-christmas-muddle which took six. However, at least in US to Sweden cases, they're not late until the eighth week (but yeah, when a shipment is 2 to 2-1/2 weeks later than usual it's hard not to start worrying).
