Very interesting. It shows all the six villain iconics. I don't know if we knew the names for the three who haven't had Meet the Villains yet.
Zelhara, female human inquisitor of Zon-Kuthon from Nidal
Urgraz, male duergar antipaladin
Apprentice Devilbinder
Asmodean Acolyte
Chelish Noble
Erratic Malefactor
Ex-Iomedaen
Good Slip
Hellknight Aspirant
Local Tough
Scion of the Nine Circles
Thrune Informant

Not really, Good Slip is trait for halfling slave loyal to Cheliax for whatever reason(either playing it to your advantage or because you are happy with your situation and believe that if you stay loyal your situation will improve). "Good" refers to how Cheliaxians view you, not your alignment. All of traits either give a reason why character would work for Thrune.
Short versions:
Amoral Mercenary - Money/Power/Prestige
Apprentice Devilbinder - You want to control devils
Asmodean Acolyte - Being raised by Church to be faithful to Asmodeus
Chelish Noble - Pretty obvious
Erratic Malefactor - You want to give in to your darker urges, to do whatever you want
Ex-Iomedaen - You want revenge on Iomedeans
Good Slip - You are halfling slave loyal to Cheliax
Hellknight Aspirant - You want to become Hellknight
Local Tough - You are a thug
Scion of the Nine Circles - Instead of worshipping devils, you believe that laws of Hell make for perfect society.
Thrune Informant - You are a snitch for Thrune government.

Oh. Interest gone.
Though Erratic Malefactor does seem hopeful, is there any Daemon love?

Erratic Malefactor seems to me to be mostly trait for CE characters, but you should check out guide for yourself when downloads work better since I just skimmed the guide.
It does mention augur kytons and cacodaemons as good choices for improved familiar though. Still, pdf talks most about devils, then demons, rest of fiends aren't much mentioned.

I'm having a small issue downloading the pdf. Apparently once I get it into my downloads and click on the link, it just says this...
Personalizing... Click link again in 10 seconds to download
So far I've been clicking on the link and nothing happens. :(
I was having that issue myself. I was download it using the download tab on this product page.

How long does the alignment shift effect from Amoral Mercenary last? For the rest of the day?
It lasts for the duration of the effect targeting the character, which pretty much means 1 round.
As an example, someone targets you with a spell like holy smite; as an immediate action, you trigger this ability to shift your alignment; you suffer the effects of the spell as if you were neutral; the spell ends, and the alignment shift ends.
It works similarly for smite good: a paladin targets you with smite; you shift your alignment as an immediate action; the smite fails; both the smite and the alignment shift end. The paladin can still target you with a new smite good the next round, but his original smite is used up.

Not sure if best place to ask this question, but why does Paizo require free products to go through personalization/DMR? Seems this would free up the server load some if yall just made it not have to go through that process.
There's a difference between "free" and "freely redistributable." Generally, the non-watermarked items we offer are things that we allow others to redistribute of under our Community Use Policy. We don't want people redistributing Player's Guides—we want everyone to come to paizo.com for them. This helps us in that it gives us more accurate data about the number of people downloading them, and it helps downloaders in that it gives us the ability to notify them if we update the document for any reason.

Wait... did I miss something or is Stabby Bob, the Iconic Anti-Paladin from the Advanced Player's Guide NOT the iconic Anti-Paladin presented here? In such a case, I am dearly sorry Paizo, but this simply cannot stand. You see, Stabby Bob is somewhat of a legend; perhaps the single most needlessly evil character you have ever published. This, in addition to being a staple and a masked enigma for years, makes him infinitely more deserving than any other to represent his class. Unless, of course, His Stabbiness need not concern himself with the affairs of such irrelevant psuedo-iconics as the ones in this adventure path, as he is, in such a case, if not a true iconic, clearly their nemesis. This is consistent with past portrayals, as previous artwork has displayed his ability at road sign writing to be more than sufficient to defeat the iconic paladin, as well as his ability at steel-toed boot kicking to be more than sufficient to defeat the iconic pig.

Thanks Vic for info. I'll look at guide later as I've got an inch thick of paper to prep for Con next week. PFS weekend homework ;).

Doh, thanks. I'll never get used to seeing wizards described by their specialization like it's an actual class rather than Wizard (Necromancer).
Understandable, it's only been done like this for about fifteen years.

Congrats on Paizo for including the Sensitive Material section (p.10). "How indulgently sadistic can I be? I don't want to squick anybody." is very important to ask.
It's also not a rhetorical one. What is your comfort level?
Nice to know the designers understood that this Adventure path might cause some small measure of discomfort for those playing it. Some people don't want to be monsterously evil psychopaths, while others want to indulge in their depraved and sadistic fantasies (like utterly destroying a Paladins mind through physical and mental torture, simply for the kicks).
My evil setting is genrally quite low, though I don't mind going to a dark place every once in a while if my character is likely to go too such a place. Gwendolyn isn't a truely heartless person, but she does have her moments of crazy, sadist, torturous, potentially canabalistic, morally barren Antipaladin goodness.
I hope I get to use her at some point. And her psycho-monsterous Girl friend.
Agents of evil, you are a gem.

We had this conversation back when I first started running Way of the Wicked. It's an obvious question to ask in this type of campaign, but I actually think it's a healthy question to ask in any game.
