Good introduction to Evil

Comprehensive options for character creation. Gives a good idea of what to expect in the AP.
Chaotic evil characters seem shoehorned into this AP and difficult to incorporate.
The duergar antipaladin makes no sense at all.

You assumed incorrectly, they each have two stats at 10, which means the +2 was used to raise the 8 stat of the elite spread.

Something they do quite often with human-like NPCs.

Why a 13 point buy on the pregenerated human spell-casting villains (cleric, inquisitor) when the non-humans and human fighter got 15 point buys? (I was assuming their floating +2 to a stat was put in their highest stat when checking the point buys).

All of the NPCs (like all of the NPCs in our Adventure Paths) were created using the heroic array (Core Rulebook page 451): 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8. No point-buy was used.

Where are the Hell's Vengeance Chronicle sheets? I can't find them anywhere.
