Basically, Gimmy won't talk unless he thinks he has assurances. Mechanically, I'm going to run this loosely as a Victory Point (Influence) encounter (Open this Alias's profile for more info - or check out relevant sections in GM Core). If the party succeeds, Gimmy will spill his guts, allowing the party to make pre-emptive Recall Knowledge checks about Gimmy's Boss, Gurglegut, simply based off of Gimmy's descriptions of him.
