Josef moves to a better vantage point where he can see the enemy. This means Meepette is no longer within his blessed aura, but brings Folmyr into it as he focuses to expand its range.
He then fires upon the thug threatening the little sprite.

White steps up to Ulvard and tries to strike the warrior and grab him as wel
I know the token is 10 feet away, but the description is that he stepped up to you and tried to grab you. Therefore you don't have to stride to him. You can take a 2nd swing or step if you want.

I thought maybe he had a ranged weapon.
Ulvard tries a backswing... on the off chance he has time.

White actually stepped towards Ulvard, tried a snagging strike, failed and stepped back. It appears I didn't fix the map to reflect that White stepped back so White is actually still where he started (10 feet from Ulvard). So for Rodthalas and Ulvard, I'll let you keep the dice rolls if you can get it to fit. Sorry about that.
Dolmandir, who you shooting at?
Josef steps out into the street. He points his bow at Blue and fires. The arrow unfortunately flies over the ruffian's head. Meepette says some magic words and shoots acid at Blue, hitting him and causing him to yell in pain.

His allies need healing. But if he can finish the fight they'll need it less. When they're this close, maybe attacking is more efficient?

COMBAT OVER
After dealing with the Ruffians, you speak with Onlau, a Tien scribe in the government of Katheer, who operates Royal Concessions. They’ve turned their job in genealogical studies into their passion. As a specialist in noble lineages, their most frequent clients are people seeking familial prestige. Onlau is somewhat shaken by the violence they’ve just witnessed, but they take pride in their professionalism and quickly compose themself. Onlau helps you find the information they seek.
After collecting all four documents, you return to Venture-Captain Esmayl ibn Qatari’s estate, where you have the chance to present their findings. There, you are introduced to a Mwangi Pathfinder agent with twin braids and striking glacial eyes, Karisa Starsight. She personally thanks you for their assistance, saying that she looks forward to building the Sedeq lodge and freeing fellow agents from slavery. Esmayl provides the PCs with a bag of coins worth a total of 14 gp as payment for your work.
