Hey, GM. What convention you gonna be at this weekend? I'll be at GenghisCon in Denver.

![]() |

I have been to that Con, at least twice.

![]() |

Fun game! There sure was a lot going on.
Thanks a ton, OMB, and everyone else!

![]() |

Thanks a bunch for running this one. It was a little trippy (time displacement) but very fun.

![]() |

You ran this well, OMB. Normally specials feel rushed all the way through--to me as a player, not just my PC. This time it felt like a more natural pace, and was much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Okay, I forgot we need Downtime activities, too. If you could post them, I'd appreciate it!

Pathfinder Lore: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Scratch does what all knowledgeable and resourceful Pathfinders do at the end of a mission: make off with as much free gear from the supply chain as he can. "Ya, that's gonna go bad for sure, freshness seal is broke. I'll take it to the dump, no problem."
---
Thanks for the game everyone, OMB most of all. I agree, this special didn't seem near as frantic as most have been.

Once again, Nal spends some time in the seedy underbelly, trying to catch wind of jobs being planned. Once she hears something, she slips off to warn the target. Perhaps they'll hire her for additional security, or at least give her some coin to show their appreciation for the timely information.
Lore (Underworld) DC 15: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Failure = 16 copper for a scenario. Is it the same for a special?
As she trudges away, Nal disgustedly pockets the measly coins. Ungrateful ingrates. I'm trying to *help.* She immediately slams a mental door on the thought that bubbles up from her past self: You'd've made more by joining the thieves than ratting on them.

Craft (alchemy): 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 11 + 1 = 26 that's against task 1 for earn income.

Players are responsible for rolling and recording their own downtimes, and may chose not to do so if they prefer to simplify play. Alternately, for players seeking a more in depth downtime, rules for using the entire set of downtime rules appear in "Additional Character Options"
That said Professor Whitegourd has the Naturalist Boon and has chosen Silversheen.
When you apply this boon, choose a common alchemical item or potion of your level or lower to which you have access. The
Verdant Wheel has taught you how to craft this item far more efficiently and provided you with a source for the rare herbs and
ingredients needed to make 1 batch (typically 4 copies of the item). Making the item with the Verdant Wheel's method uses the
standard rules for Crafting the item, with the following exceptions. First, you must use Nature, Survival, or Herbalism Lore in
place of Crafting for all purposes. Second, you only need to spend 2 days of Downtime before attempting your first skill check
and subsequently beginning to reduce the item’s effective cost.
Special: You can apply this boon multiple times to the same character.
Choosing to craft a batch of 4, Professor Whitegourd provides 12gp in materials and spends 2 days.
DC 16 Nature Check: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25
Success. Since Professor Whitegourd is a lvl 4 expert they will make 0.8 gp progress per day.
So after 6 days they have made an additional 4.8gp in progress and are now 16.8/24

Thanks for pointing that out, Whitegourd! I have not been active in org play due to a new job for the last few years and I fear I missed changes. I'll just let you guys record your own then. I should have chronicles up soon!

Chronicle looks good.
Kinda weird they left it up to the players for rolling Earn Income instead of at the table. In PFS1e I like to incorporate players' day jobs during the scenario, if possible, or hearing their day job stories after the adventure while they're rolling their checks.

You are not the only GM to miss that change and not really a big deal either way. Just no need to make extra work for yourself or have to follow some of the more complicated crafting projects etc.

Question on the Chronicle: Do we not get Faction Reputation with Specials? Other than that, it looks good.

Other than that question as well, chronicle looks good, thanks.

You do. You get 4 reputation. I reported it correctly but forgot it on the chronicles.

GM, if chronicles are all settled can you please mark this game as complete?
