So uh, my group has done both ritual successes and are 3 hit points away from finishing their first defense success... Should we just wait for things to move on then and not start the second defense fight?

Up to you for your table. There are some tables doing the ritual right now, and it's generally faster than the defense missions. I would expect that condition to trigger before you have a chance to start and finish another combat, though.

Both conditions triggered, well done. I've posted a 1-day warning in all of your tables; we'll be moving on to Part 3 tomorrow evening (Pacific time), roughly 22 hours from now.

Also, by the end of Part 2, you should have passed three Aid Tokens. If you have not yet done so, please do so now. If you need help when deciding who to pass it to, take a look at the aid token matrix to see who has already received how many.

We might. 2 crit fails on cloud kill and they moved right back into it for another round of exposure.

We are so close with finishing the first fight. My group keeps knocking a fast healing enemy out with non-lethal damage and not actually doing anything to keep it from popping right back up.

Can a GM apply credit to any level character (provided they haven't already GM'd it at that level), or only the tier they GM?

It's me saying that we won't end things before the scheduled end date unless everyone has had a chance to finish their encounters. If everyone has reported a success before then, we'll wrap things up early.

It has to be the tier you GM, as each tier is a separate reportable scenario. You could apply it to a lower-level character and hold the credit until they reach that level, if you'd like.
