General Notes:
I try to post every day to keep things moving, and if you can keep a similar pace, that would be great. We all have real life interruptions of course, so if you can't post and we're in the middle of something like a combat, please give me bot instructions or I'll assume your PC does Total Defense.
Please place a good array of information in your character header. Knowing your PC's EAC/KAC, Perception mod, Initiative mod, etc., saves me a lot of time when doing posts. If you need help figuring out how to format that, we can help you. Important: I don't keep track of your character's stamina, hit points, resolve points, or daily resources. You need to do this yourself and update your tagline as the game goes on.
If you want to earn extra GM love and you're not playing a pre-gen, posting a full character sheet in your profile is great. That way I can look stuff up and answer my own "how did they do that?" questions. Related, if you have some crazy weird or complicated build and want to explain anything, here's a good place.
You'll need a picture of your character for the grid scenes.
If you're new to Starfinder, Starfinder Society, or play-by-post, welcome! I'm always happy to help, and please don't be embarrassed if you have any questions.
Finally, role-playing is good! Please give your PC some personality and engage with the other PCs and NPCs. I'll gently move us along if we're dwelling too much in one part of the scenario.
Any questions, ask away!

So...it's not enough that almost all living things around you are inimical to human life. You guys throw in the chance of seriously scalding half your body just to make tea?

I will be traveling with no access to the boards until Tuesday. Please bot Kosigan as necessary. Change array to whatever weapon seems most appropriate and attack once or twice usually works for it. Remember it has no perception beyond 60 feet and unusual senses within that range.

Friends, we are now on the Shadow Plane. Please RP appropriately, and apply the following planar traits:
• Light: Bizarre dim illumination covers the Shadow Plane, its source never apparent and always unstable, creating shadows everywhere. Even space seems to have no stars. The range of any light source is halved.
• Magic: Shadow effects are enhanced on the Shadow Plane: when a shadow spell is cast, treat the CL as 2 higher. Conversely, spells that use or generate light or fire are impeded with the Shadow Plane, and the caster must succeed on a caster level check (DC = 20+spell level) to do it successfully.
In addition, we are now in the interior of a ship. the interior of the ship is comprised mainly of black metal, with intermittent blue lights along the bottom of the walls that cast dim light (so only those with low-light vision or Darkvision see normally within the listed range) across steel grated walkways; occasional glass panels interrupt the black walls, coming to life with a touch and illuminating a brilliant display of technological controls. The ceilings are 10’ high. The ship is eerily silent, but floor panels and door hinges creak and squeak to betray you with every step, giving you a -4 on all Stealth checks on the starship.

So, act like I can't see anything? Got it. ;)

I will be traveling from August 7 - 13 and will have limited access to the boards. I will try to keep up but bot Kosigan if necessary. Its attack options are pretty well documented on its profile - just pick whichever will do the most damage based on its current knowledge of the enemy.

I will be traveling this weekend and probably unable to post. Please bot me as needed. The use of spells or consumables is fine if it seems like a good idea.
Since Twich is interacting with a puzzle, it's fine if it needs to be one of the other players who does the botting.
