I suspect it'll come up. Should we allow PCs to preview what they might earn for preparation rewards if they ask? I was thinking "no" to keep it simple and they might be able to glean potential rewards from the flavor text.

I don't feel strongly either way. Do what feels best for your table.

You should all have an intro post from me in your games. Please let me know if I missed anyone! We have 2 days to run the intro missions; I recommend presenting them all to the players at once and letting them roll on all of them at the same time (this part is somewhat awkward for PbP). We'll move to part 1 in 2 days.

Also, I meant to post this earlier, but I have a document with text-formatted aid tokens to pass, here, and a Google Slides deck with the Aid Token here, if you wish to copy it into your slides or something.

What is / is there a mechanism for requesting help in this format? Or should tables just distribute their Aid Tokens in advance?

You should just distribute them to however you want. We'll use the Recruitment tab for managing Aid Tokens, and I've just posted some instructions. When you're posting your aid token, look at the list of what's been posted and try to give it to someone that doesn't have one yet, if possible.

Yes, that's correct. One each in the Introduction (now!), Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3. It doesn't necessarily need to be at the beginning, but that's a good way to make sure you don't forget.

Anyone want a boosted timely inspiration? Tabled tried it first "since we are hoarding all of the bards." If not, then I get a list together for them to choose from.

FYI, because it's not super-clear, the Survey Map and Survey Atlas are items from the CRB. You can find them here.

If anyone wants, I made a simplified list of all of the tables in the special we can show to players if you want to let them choose where their tokens go!

You can find it here It's formatted for the Paizo Boards, but a quick find and replace should work for changing to Discord formating!

Using his incredible Monk speed, Siddhartha attempts to quickly provide as much healing as he can during the battle... but stumbles in the attempt....

Failing the boost doesn't inactivate the Aid Token. It will still heal them 2d8.

As long as they don't think they can live without it, they'll appreciate it. :)

PCs can take time to Treat Wounds, Refocus, or Repair equipment in between encounters.

My party's pretty beat up, low on healing fonts, and no one seems to have Continual Recovery or the other standard feats like Ward Medic or Assurance (they have some medicine feats though, like Risky Surgery); they are about to finish the plants encounter.

In case it's needed, recommendations on the max time that should be allowed between same-day encounters? I suspect they need to spend 2-3 hours. Maybe more.

2 hours seems like a reasonable number to me, but that's just an opinion, not a directive. Fine to give them more or less at your discretion.

I just reported a success in the chart a course one but It doesn't look like that number changed and I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Go to the Success Tracking Link and click on the Form Responses 1 Tab.

What Tyranius said. I think it takes a few minutes to update the tracking tab sometimes (I'm not sure what cadence Google sheets poll each other).

I've withdrawn my requests for this token from DM ranizax. It is up for grabs again.

So, question. My group is currently handling the mushrooms, but the Nature check DC is high enough to require very good rolls from two people and no one has expert Thievery, so they've gone to just smashing it. BUT, if the trap becomes broken or destroyed, would the creatures it summoned disappear too, or is that only if it is disabled?

IMO, smashing the trap *is* disabling it.

Would passing the Broken Threshold disable or does it need to be completely destroyed?

Broken threshold is enough:

If a hazard’s Hit Points are reduced to its Broken Threshold (BT) or lower, the hazard becomes broken and can’t be activated, though it can still be repaired.

To me, that says it's 'disabled' when you hit the BT. If you think it will be more fun for your table, it doesn't bother me if you want to say the creatures stick around in that case, it just stops summoning more.

The reporting tracker says that the target number of successes for each encounter in Part 1 is 8, but I think it should be 11. In the top right of p8 of the tier 3-6 PDF, it says, "If the house has 10 or more tables, they need a number of successes equal to four-fifths (4/5) the number of tables." There are 13 tables, so we should need 13*0.8 = 10.4 --> 11 successes on each encounter. I think?

...Huh. My copy of the 3-6 scenario says 3/5 (13*0.6->7.8), not 4/5. Let me investigate.

I just redownloaded the scenario and it looks like those numbers were updated at some point and I didn't realize it. Thanks for the heads-up; I'll update the tracker!
