Ahh, miss the discussion thread for 3 days and someone becomes an uncle...congrats! Also, I will be incommunicado for 2-3 days. I'm going for an operation....should be back online Saturday, Sunday at latest(hopefully). If my posts don't make sense, it's because I will be heavily medicated. Best way to make sure adventurer open a chest is to put a big sign that says don't open the chest ;)
And facepalm and laugh because there is 99% chance the group has at least 1 that thinks "it can't be that bad" and wants to open it.

Lilly's card can only be used to change one decision or event in her own past. She can't undo Wags decision to pick a card or the groups decision to come here. (this room is not avoidable if you want to get to the lower level)
She could however use the card to change her decision of spells the morning lord kyle was killed an prepare delay poison instead. Use the spell to save his life when he gets shot and lord kyle would still be alive.
Time would rewrite itself so leave as much else the same as possible so you would still come here but instead of being sent by jeffar you would have been sent by Lord Kyle to get back at his uncle or something.
Oracles don't prepare spells.

If you haven't yet add 10 years of age to your character and check to see if that makes you midleaged for you race it may modify your stats.
so, let me get this straight...I lose ten years of my life, reducing my strength, dexterity, and constitution, AND get a curse that will cost me thousands of gold pieces to remove, and Gloin gets all the answers he needs for a f*+!ing dagger?

its not just any dagger its a platinum dagger (very very expensive stuff and rare)
Cleric list does have remove curse...but with this the DC is going to be high.
A shame that I hadn't realized it was fatal.
Wags was a fun character to have and will be missed.
The whole gambling/dealing with a devil thing went sour on poor wags and I guess it was too much.

Though I've only been playing with you guys for a brief time, I started reading this game when Lilly had been around for just a while. That was when I'd just started playing Pathfinder.
The original party will gone with your leave, Wags. Despite the new characters that have joined also being fun, that's a real shame :(
I truly loved reading the adventures of the silly party of adventurers, and I laughed so hard when the dead guy holding box returned!
Indeed the whole original party is gone now :( I have a lot of people that just vanish without a word in my games.
Yes that's the lousiest way to lose players.
Maybe we'll see Wagsy's player around some other time.
Too bad....Wags' player is a GM in one of my other pbp's...bummer

I think I'm actually going to close this one down.
I'm not really feeling it anymore and the story kinda got away from me.
Honestly I should have started it at a higher level than 1 because all the cool stuff happens when you get to level 12-ish and I don't want to wait for that anymore -_- the whole idea what that you go after the treasure of the vault (which is a lv 14 dungeon I got from an old 2.0 book and reworked for pathfinder) but at this point the entire original party is gone (heck I think we had 9 party members come and go so far and only 1 that died)
For those that remain I thank you for playing and I hope you enjoyed it while it lasted.
I am actually closing this game to make room for another. I will think about it and make a new recruitment tread.

Actually I think if I restarted I would stay at level 1 but modify the story to be more about the impending orc invasion and I would cut out the part about lord kyles uncle.
As for my next game I want to do a homebrew mythic game.
Would star level one and you would become mythic at level 5.
I'll trow up a recruitment tread in a bit.
However there are some restrictions for background because part of the adventure is that each character has a mysterious past that they all share and the first half of the adventure is you trying to figure out what that past is. Lilly could still be in it but would need to change a few things.
Bummer...oh well....it happens.
Yeah when I recruited you guys I was on the edge of closing the game instead but I tried to keep going but I wasn't really feeling it anymore sorry.
This just leaves closing the curtains on stage.
