I heard from Damiani, and he is choosing to leave the game for now. But he gave me the info I needed to wrap up his plots for him, so we can move forward with the scene.

And if anybody knows anyone that they feel would be a good fit for this game, then by all means, please let's get some new players in here. If nobody has any suggestions, I may open up open recruitment for a brief period of time.

oh, and i will update the game thread later tonight. i was having too much trouble balancing the keyboard on my lap while sitting on a small chair waiting for the kidlet at karate. :)

As far as I know, yes. He just lost interest in the game. *shrug* It's disappointing, but these things happen. There is some possibility that he might come back in the future, but probably not for a while if at all. There's no ill feelings there, and he was very helpful as far as making sure that all of his stuff could be wrapped up and gave me all the info I needed for that. I'm sad that he's dropped out because I very much enjoyed his creativity and willingness to craft plots to run. But it's a game, and I can't really fault him for leaving because it doesn't feel fun to him anymore.

Everyone else's awkward flirting that they should be better but aren't because I'm awkward (Tybs-Dave, Rakki-Janie, Jasper-An) has kinda met an end point and/or those involved are in other scenes.

Should I just wait for day change or is that gonna be further away than it seems?

I haven't gotten to it yet. I'm still playing catch-up from the time when I was sick. I should be able to get to it this weekend though, barring disasters.

Probably farther than it seems. I'm gonna be wrapping up the factory scene as soon as I can, but I have a couple of scenes waiting on Ed, who is really busy with real life stuff right now. So that may delay things a bit. Not much, but a bit. I expect to be to change of day sometime next week real life time. Probably late in the week. But I could be off by a few days. It's happened before. :P

The tybs Dave thing is awkward mostly because he's still scared that he's still accidently mind controlling you into liking him

I don't think it would seem desperate at all. Tybs would probably be very surprised to find Dave not by himself, so it's not like it would come off as clingy or anything.

Speaking of scenes that are frozen, waiting on a response from Sil in that scene with Jaiye, Cho, and Morrivan. :)

When I'm pressed for time, I try to spend it on the game thread, and address PMs with their degree of urgency. If it's not urgent, it may take a while to get a response. And sometimes I do need a reminder. I was just letting you know, I hadn't forgotten this time. It just wasn't at the front of the queue yet. Sorry for any frustration/inconvenience.

Sorry for a second retcon, but... reviewing my posts as Djalos before I had to skeddadle, it would make the most sense for him to be hanging quietly in the back of the meeting with Ryo. That would make the most sense, at least for me, anyway.
