Jeebus...
Four Champions gone, just like that.
Part of me thinks Ace should have borne witness, as the death of Champions is a big deal, but since he hasn't officially been chosen yet, not sure it would have made sense.
Was gonna say something earlier, but I wasn't sure they were gonna die.
Yeah, Aurix is no joke. Remember folks, this guy killed a Patron once.
There will be other characters written out soon, too. I'm cleaning up loose ends. With permission from their players. Except in a couple of cases whose players haven't logged onto Paizo in years. I left a polite message explaining things in case they ever log back on.

And then only found one that was in need of a partial answer. I know there was more there I meant to say I think, but now I forget. Sigh. Mind like a sieve I have.

The fact that you didn't have much of an answer sorta is one.
I was mostly looking to make sure my itneretation of a certain chsrecter was ok, and to see if a certain thing for igni was ok.
Ah. Yes, spot on actually. On the same wavelength here. And the thing for igni is fine. :)

Nah, it's expected for you to come in and try to rain on all the parades. It's like you know the sun will always will come up, the ocean will be salty, and Adon will be a party pooper.
Calling adon a party pooper is like saying "the sun is a little hot."

Depending on your star comparisons, that statement can be valid. ;)

true but then you could then compare Aaron to Aurix just as easily

While *I* don't see an immediate relationship between Aaron and Aurix beyond letters in the English alphabet and/or a counting of letters/sequences, I believe if you were going to define a scale and/or use the alphabet as the comparison, my statement is still no less valid.

I mean to say that while I wouldn't exactly invite Adon to many parties finding aurix at my party invited or not would immiedietly end said party.
One is several orders of magnitude more of a party pooper than the other
Just as some stars are several orders of magnitude hotter than others
At this point however we've explained the joke, so I hope you're proud of yourself

This conversation (Adon vs a dragon) reminded me of this comic (big OOTS spoiler ahead):

One of the best and most quotable moments in a great comic.

Funny thing is...
Antimagic field does nothing to me. ;p

Yea, but the whole point of the comic was, 'oh hey, without magic, you're frail wizard. I, however, am still a freakin dragon!' <stomp> <dead>
but Adon isn't a frail wizard
He's a swordsmanHe has about as much HP as a young adult red dragon but the dragon would need to roll a 22 on a d20 (if it weren't for the fact that 20s always hit) to hit him with it's "<stomp><dead>" style attacks
A regular adult could hit him on a 19 so there's that

He could likely counterspell your explosion
Twice per day this can be done as an immiedieate action

When the spell explodes I'm going to consider it a new spell that, because he originally thought that resist energy would cover it, would have to counterspell with dispel magic as an immediate action because he wasn't readying an action.

Sorry for my continued silence. I've been dreadfully ill. Some food got cross-contaminated and I didn't find out until I'd eaten it on three separate occasions. so it's been days of hives, respiratory issues, and I've set up a semi-permanent camp in the bathroom. :/
Allergies suck.

hello all,
things have gotten crazy with me. I am trying to come back but missed a bit.
any recaps to help me out?
Most of what's been going on hasn't had any direct effect on your characters yet, so you're pretty much right where you left off. Mel is talking to Arthur in the infirmary. Ginni may be about to interrupt them when she senses that Mel is close again. But she can't get far, so she won't chase after if they leave the infirmary. :)
Lang is still with Ori. That conversation pretty much got dropped partway through. Which is fine. We can just do a sum up if you want. No need to force it.
