So, so very sick. Kidlet passed on his cold and I definitely didn't want it. Ugh. I tried to run errands earlier and had to give up partway through because I was shaking so hard it was making all of my joints hurt. I managed to get my words for NaNo, but it took me three and a half hours because my thoughts are moving slow like molasses. :/
I will try to post to the game later tonight, but if I don't it's because the fever went up again. I swear I always end up getting the absolute worst colds in November. :(

Hey Lyn, just saw a post from Jaiye in my reading of the backlogs that all Lycans are natural telepaths but I don't remember that being in their write up.

Did this change or is that still the case, thus Silinrul is also telepathic?

Lycans are telepathic, but something in my brain is telling me it's only in animal or some shifted form, but I may be wrong.

Depends on the lycan. All lycans and firebirds are telepathic in their non-humanoid form. Some of them can still use telepathy in their humanoid form, usually the ones who have some type of psionic abilities, but some are just really good at telepathy.

For purposes of this feat, then yes, I would limit it to close range.

Re: breakfast foods for dinner at Avalon: the cafeteria caters to a lot of different tastes and many different types of picky eaters. So yeah, there are probably some breakfasty basics that are available at every meal, but limited selection at lunch and dinner. But yes, bacon is an all the time food and would be available at every meal. :)

Still pretty darn sick. Not sure I'm gonna make my word count today because my brain is working so darn slow. Which makes sense since all this wheezing means that it's not getting as much oxygen as it would like. Blech. Kidlet is still sick too, which doesn't bode well for me since I'm two days behind him on this sickness and that means I will most likely be sick through the weekend. :(
Anyhow, taking a break from my writing to get some posts up. (I hope) We'll see how far I get before I collapse again and have to just focus on breathing.

Phaedra is definitely not eager to go back to the elementary side, but Lucas can foist her off on Cindra for some girl time, or convince Solus to take her to the SIM rooms if he's had as much big brother time as he can take.

I also hope Mister Lurch is alright. I don't think he's posted since the end of Sept.

But it is November, international month of writing 2000 words a day inspired or no.

So I will try to be better.

Just curious, but how many 'nations' does Agartha have? If any? Is Avalon a part of one, or is it more akin to the Vatican?

Are there multiple continents? If so, what are the others like? How many oceans are there? Again, if any?

Is there any city advanced enough to have something akin to a mall? I doubt there's any sports stadiums, but if there was, that would be awesome!

Because I haven't heard of any sports teams? For actual organized sports, Ie New York Yankees, World Series Champion Chicago Cubs, New Orleans Saints, etc.

Not at first, no. It's grown quite a bit in scope since first coming online, however. Having the mother of all power sources attached to it has been...invigorating ;)

But Magic's point above is the salient bit. While Fei has successfully hacked a high-end network (the secret lab where he fought Darth Vai), he hasn't had any experience with 'intelligent' systems like the 'bugs' yet, and has a very real chance of failing that. (He is a fast study, though.)

So maybe he should talk to some of the other cyborg/automated characters like Tybalt, Arthur, Hermes or... I'm pretty sure there are others but those are all that come immiedietly to mind

I can in fact talk to robots with my mind (it's easier if I can touch them first)
And I have the benefit of not being a living bomb (or at least not one of such a massive size)

Blergh. Starting to get over the awful ick. And there is so much to do! This is the worst part about everybody getting sick for a week. All the work and errands and phone calls and paperwork just pile up and up and up.
But we did manage to go see Doctor Strange this weekend, so that was a bright spot. I really enjoyed it and thought it was very well done. I highly recommend it.

And back on task....I'll try and get some posts up tonight. My apologies for the delays, but, well, I don't really know what else I could have done. I'm still a couple thousand words behind on where I want to be for NaNo too. (Yikes!) Which means I might not actually finish before thanksgiving this year. Time to panic! ;P

Well, I finally finished setting up the shiny new machine. (And finished my words for the day!) ^.^

I received a surprise inheritance from my grandpa which I used to buy a much needed laptop. A beautiful shiny new MacBook Pro. Which is freaking awesome. Although a little difficult to get used to after having used an iPad as my computer for so long. But I'm finally figuring out where all the menus are hidden. :P

Now to use the new shiny to get some posts up! :)

Oh, and yes, I already voted today. I went this morning when the lines were shorter. Now I'm just trying to avoid the news for a few hours. I have had enough political vitriol already, thanks. :S

Went just now, and my Grandma went with us. She's 93 and has a walker and it happens that she knew people at the front of the line, so they let us get in front.

Going to set up an interest/recruitment thread for a 3rd material Play-by-Post. Anyone want in? My track record with actually finishing a PBP is... less than encouraging, but it's pretty fun anyway and hey, I get to be in a PBP! XD

Not gestalt, but the idea I had came from seeing yet another recruitment thread with "no third party" in it's creation guidelines. So... the options I'm including are a bunch of third party classes and races.

It's just a regular mod or mini-adventure Paizo's published.

Avalon is above and beyond a PBP. It's more like a year long creative writing collage.
