Typically I have to really be feeling an evil character, and I usually have trouble executing the evil portion if I am not. Still I might be up for doing a NE assassin of some form.

I'm feeling an inquisitor of the church of Asmodeous if we go evil. I'm not sure about Rebels there are so many good choices.

I have some in my live group talking about a Living Grimoire f Asmodeus if we are going to play that one after Hell's Rebels.

I must admit I'm not certain how to handle evil players, as a PFS gm newly turned to run APs I haven't had any evil characters yet and I never felt good make one char myself to be evil.

If you aren't comfortable with running evil then let's do Rebels. I'm getting the sense either people don't have a preference or aren't sure about playing Vengeance, but will to "keep the band together".

For Rebels: The idea of a war priest came to me. I'm not sure on the deity yet, but it makes sense she would be sent to investigate and then work to overthrow the house of Thrune.

Well you can start read the players guide for Hell's Rebels while I decide on creation rules and stuff.
It has some suggestion to deities that are worshipped in Kintargo, both official religion and hidden cults.
I'll try set up a work thread tomorrow with rules where we can discuss build ideas and backgrounds.

Checking to see if I am the only one that does this.

Pretty much every time I create a character and submit them I immediately realizes that I should have done something else. Case in point I just submitted Mic a middle age brawler and as I am going to sleep I realize that this was my chance to finally play an older magic wielder. Anyone else have "character remorse" frequently?

Sometimes, though For the boards i've really sort of just went with one idea per AP. and modify them as necessary. We havent exactly been locked into place, Perhaps you could still switch up.

I also hope our GM reappears, i really like this group in this game

I know all about it, often I discover a archetype or something more interresting right after I submit a characters. In pfs I end up playing to many level 1 classes as I can't decide who to commit to the society

Do you folks have any of the applicants in the Hell's Rebels recruitment, you at the moment would like to see join?
I'm thinking with the group you are building to at least get a decent arcane caster to cover all the bases.

While I havent played with the person who made Meliora, i was in a recruitment with them and its a well put together charector.

Tandus the Young seems interesting too.

I like Meliora as well. The character seems well put together. Which reminds me I need to work on Lena's background. They seem helpful. I haven't played with them before.

I like either of the bards. I play with Beorn the Divine's player in a Crimson Throne game. They do an excellent job of playing, moving the game along, and don't go missing with no explanation.

I think we have enough martial characters.

Beorn the Divine looks good for consistency although another person trying to stab things is interesting. Meliora looks good and we could use the arcane caster. I am good with either of them but the Meliora is more appealing.

Plus given the name they may have gone to the same college as my wife, or it is an odd happenstance as the player name is the motto.

From what I can see the roles are:
Warpriest - melee tank
Slayer - melee damage
Gunslinger - Range
Brawler - melee
Vigilante - I'm not sure on that one.

I am diffenately going to add an arcane caster to the group.

So any last words about who you think would fit the team before I pick them?

I'm leaning on an arcane caster between Meliora Castafiore and Tandus the Young, and a trapfinder between Paullo Ocella and Calano Baradin, would fit the team very well.

I'm surprised to see so few ranged builds.

I'm kind of excited to see the investigator. I'm surprised there weren't more of them. They are a fun class, and have good knowledge skills.

OK, my urban ranger is finally completed; please note the slight change in his name/alias.

Jack will get trapfinding at 3rd level, but he can pick locks up until that point.

Now that Jack's complete, I'll take a look at some of the new recruits and PM my suggestions to the new GM.

EDIT: Though it's included in Jack's backstory, his reason for attending the protest is Staying up on Current Events.

Investigators are cool and always an interesting choice. I am good with post casters after reading a bit of their posts in other games.

So posting this in all my games. My job is sending me south (closer to the path of the hurricane) for additional training, so I might not have internet for a few days, depending.
