Giant scorpion moves 50, not sure about Bear. I count 90 feet between the one in the southeast and the one in the southwest and 50 feet between the one in the southwest and the one to the west. So, assuming worst case Bear movement of 30. Round 1: Scorpion appears, knocks out rune to the southeast, moves 30/90 feet. Round 2: Double move, moves to 90/90 feet. Round 3: Scorpion tries to sting and fails. Round 4: Scorpion tries to sting and succeeds. Round 5: Double move to the last rune. Round 6: Scorpion stings rune and succeeds. Should make it with 2 rounds to spare.

Bear spots right in front of Unalaq a rune on the floor, definitely a trap.

Looking into the room

The walls of this wide atrium curve gently up to an opaque,
glassy dome. Tan light from an unseen source filters through
the dome, faintly illuminating the area. The room narrows to
the west, where a broad stone altar flanked by iron braziers
obstructs movement further in. An iron tile mosaic frames a
door-sized space on the east wall, with a three-foot-tall stone
pedestal bearing a shallow bowl standing next to it. Sickly
greenish-purple motes of light play across the walls, shining
from the room to the west.

More importantly a figure in robes completes a chant of some sort which anyone making a Spellcraft or Arcana 20 can identify as

He assumes there is no trap and carries on through it, moving up quickly to his targets and with spear in hand, drives the weapon into the spell caster.

Figuring the spellcaster is the bigger threat and not protected by one of those damnable blur effects, Unalaq takes a 5-foot step into the room and after praying to Tolc to lend his power, fires three arrows at the figure in robes.

Yes, the 1 wisdom is exactly why I did that. Had he been clear headed, he would have drawn a potion and drank it, allowing him to fly...but...yeah. Mini, the second rune, is there a save on that one?
