@Rest of the Party: Leveling up looks fine so far. Still need Hila/Hobbes/Neverhome to pick their feat, but then it'll just be holding on Silence. Since he has RL stuff going on, we can proceed without him for a little bit. Book Five starts with activating the travel ritual, exploring the new Hut configuration, and meeting Percy's new buddies. As long as Silence is back before that one part (those of you familiar with RoW Book Five know what I mean), he won't be missing anything super important.

Hila the Orphan |

Feat: Vital Strike!

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Feat: Wingclipper!
Benefit: Whenever you confirm a critical hit against an opponent that uses wings to fly, you can forgo the extra critical damage to instead prevent it from flying for a number of rounds equal to twice the critical multiplier of your attack. Opponents that are flying at the time of the critical effect must succeed at a DC 20 Fly check to avoid taking falling damage.

Any takers for any of the following?
Gloom Blade - As black as coal, this short sword grows more potent the farther it is kept from light. It acts as a +1 short sword when in dim light. In darkness, it acts as +2 short sword. When surrounded by supernatural darkness, such as in an area of deeper darkness, it acts a +2 short sword and bestows the benefit of the Blind-Fight feat on its wielder. In daylight or bright illumination, the sword temporarily loses all its magical enhancement bonuses and acts as a masterwork weapon, though it resumes its magical functions once it is no longer in the bright light. 4560gp
Manual of War - Bound in bloodstained leather, this heavy tome is scarred like the flesh of a seasoned warrior and contains many generations of martial knowledge. Once per day, after studying the manual for 1 hour, a fighter may exchange one of her fighter bonus feats for another combat feat. She must meet the prerequisites for this new feat and she cannot alter a feat she is using as a prerequisite for another feat, prestige class, or other ability. This change persists for 24 hours, after which time the fighter’s feats return to normal. The fighter may spend 10 minutes studying the manual to end its effects early. 3750gp
Suzerain Scepter - This ornately bejeweled baton confers the mark of rightful rulership on its bearer. The wielder of this scepter gains a +5 competence bonus on Knowledge (nobility) and Diplomacy checks. Furthermore, once per day, and on command, wielder can affect up to seven living creatures with good hope, as the spell. If the wielder of a suzerain scepter has the Leadership feat, she may attract double the normal number of followers for her Leadership score; however, if the rod is out of the wielder’s possession for more than 1 week these extra followers leave. In addition, a suzerain scepter radiates a continuous bless effect that affects any cohort, follower, animal companion, familiar, special mount, or creature charmed or summoned by the wielder (but not called creatures or those under dominate or other compulsion effects). Whenever the wielder creates an effect that provides a morale bonus to such creatures (not including the scepter’s bless effect), that bonus increases by 1. 10,000
Drinking horn of bottomless valor - This horn is bound with fittings of gold and decorated with ornate carvings depicting scenes of glorious battle.
A fully charged horn has 3 charges—charges used are automatically renewed each day. So long as the horn has at least one charge remaining, it’s owner can command it to fill with mead or a similar alcoholic drink.
A creature can spend one or more charges while drinking from the horn to gain the following benefits:
1 charge: The drinker gains 1d8 temporary hit points (as if from an aid spell), which last for 1 minute. Using 1 charge is similar to drinking a potion—it takes a standard action and provokes an attack of opportunity (though certain abilities can reduce the action required).
2 charges: The drinker gains 1d8+5 temporary hit points and is enlarged, as the spell enlarge person, for 5 minutes. To use 2 charges, the drinker must spend a full round drinking from the horn, which always provokes an attack of opportunity.
3 charges: The drinker gains 1d8+10 temporary hit points, is enlarged for 10 minutes, and gains the benefit of a heroism spell for as long as she is enlarged. To use all 3 charges, the drinker must spend 2 full-round actions drinking from the horn. 24,000
bronze griffon figurine of wondrous power (looks like a platinum dragon) - When animated, a bronze griffon acts in all ways like a normal griffon under the command of its possessor. The item can be used twice per week for up to 6 hours per use. When 6 hours have passed or when the command word is spoken, the bronze griffon once again becomes a tiny statuette. 5,000
Amulet of blue dragon's breath - This amulet is crafted from a dragon scale hung on a thin wire of twisted mithral. There are 10 different types of amulet of dragon’s breath, each corresponding to one of the 10 dragon types. As a standard action, the wearer of an amulet of dragon’s breath can breathe out a blast of energy similar to a dragon’s breath weapon. This breath weapon deals 8d6 points of energy damage (Reflex DC 16 for half). The breath weapon’s shape and energy type depend on the type of dragon scale used to craft the amulet (see page 75 of the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook for a list of dragon types, energy types, and breath shapes). A new amulet of dragon’s breath can be used three times before the dragon scale cracks and the amulet becomes useless. 4,800
Dragonbone divination sticks - These eight rune-engraved dragon bones may be used as a divine focus for augury. They add 5% to the chance to successfully cast augury and divination. The bearer of the set gains a +3 luck bonus on one type of saving throw (Fortitude, Reflex, or Will), determined randomly each day. If a creature carries multiple sets of dragonbone divinationsticks, all of them provide a bonus on the same saving throw. 3,200

'Silence' |

The scepter i think can be used with all my cavalier bonuses and such, I could duel wield the swort sword, but its not a huge thing the single blade thing has worked so far,
The drinking horn of for the barbarians should well go for the barbarians, unless Hila wants it.
I could cavalier on the bronze griffin figurine, or whatever, but it is another means of flight for a person or two if the spells fail.

Percy Silvershaper |

The cepter also good well with some of my abilities. The rest is meh for me.

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Hila is a puppy/child and therefore doesn't drink. :)
Also, she can't benefit from enlarge person. One of the barbarians should definitely take the figurine. Percy should take the divination sticks, at the very least for the save bonus and as a small bonus she has divination and augury on her spell list. I personally don't want anything though.

Percy Silvershaper |

Ok, the sticks are nice too. I have argury known as well and Hallucinogenic smoke to enhance it.

'Silence' |

hp Silence: 1d10 ⇒ 10
mule: 1d8 ⇒ 4

Craft armor +1

Mule

Sigrun Jagrsdottir |

I'd be cool with the drinking horn, though it only deepens my bottomless pit of HP. And being able to go large when our supplemental caster runs out of spell points

Percy Silvershaper |

I'll get working on that caster. Thanks, YBD!

Sigrun Jagrsdottir |

Lyosha can add to his breath weapon options with the amulet. The platinum dragon would be an awesome backup steed should we find ourselves somewhere Silence can't bring Mule along

Lyosha Neverhome |

Ah, missed the amulet. Hmm, it only has 3 uses though.

Should e hold on to the Griffon, or does anyone want it? I'll Addthe manual to loot to sell off to or interplanar fence

If we are sure miss percy's friend can handle making us fly its unecessary... it could come in handy otherwise?

Percy Silvershaper |

If I'm reading things right my friend should have fly covered.

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Yea let's sell it.

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Of course, we all understand. Just be safe.

Lyosha Neverhome |

Yeah, stay safe.

Percy Silvershaper |

Indeed. Be safe.

Update: we've decided to wait out the storm, so the last several days have been full of stockpiling drinks/snacks/water and making sure our valuables are securely locked up in our 'safe room.' The cats our prepped, and we have some anti-anxiety medicine for them if things get too crazy. We'll see how things go today and tomorrow. We're not too worried though; we're near Orlando, so there's no large bodies of water around, and there aren't too many large trees around our apartment.
If anyone needs something to do, by the way, Gameplay's still open. XD There are three potential exits to the room you're currently in.

We're alive! No power, and internet's spotty, but that's expected. Funny: the only fallen tree in the entire apartment complex landed on my wife's car. Thank Gozreh, there's no apparent damage due to how it fell. One of those "missed by inches" situations.

Oh no! The car's dead!
Yay insurance!

Car runs fine, actually. If she'd parked 2in closer to the curb, it would have been totalled, but as is, there's only a few scratches on the hood. XD

Sigrun Jagrsdottir |

so the Home Cauldron of Plenty we should keep in the house. Not only is it a continuous food source, but the once a week Heroes Feast is most likely the fastest way to cure Percy.
Every creature partaking of the feast is cured of all sickness and nausea, receives the benefits of both neutralize poison and remove disease, and gains 1d8 temporary hit points + 1 point per two caster levels (maximum +10) after imbibing the nectar-like beverage that is part of the feast. The ambrosial food grants each creature that partakes a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and Will saves and a +4 morale bonus on saving throws against poison and fear effects for 12 hours.

Lyosha Neverhome |

Nice.

Percy Silvershaper |

I know you said that you wouldn't be running the cohort. Does that mean not at all, or just not during combat? I guess I'm asking if I should be making an alias...

Your Benevolent Dictator |

It's easier for me if we treat the cohort like Hila/Crow. Does that work for you; I'm flexible.
