What do Time Thiefs do anyway?


They're like the "Prince of Persia" class. They can temporarily age people to deal damage or remove status effects. At higher levels, they can literally rewind rounds worth of time. They don't fit into the traditional warrior/cleric/mage/thief mold, but they make a cool 6th-man. :-)

At early levels...not much... Erika is a skill monkey/ Party Face. She functions as a ranged rogue in combat. 3+lvl times per day I can add a 1d4 bonus to something(attack/damage/skills/etc.) And this can be done after rolling the die.

Taken care of. :-) Normally I don't move PCs unless their declared action is impossible from their current position, but I figured you wouldn't appreciate wasting an arrow shooting at an opponent with Total Cover.

This zombie is nothing if not resilient. And none of my hits are close enough to alter with my time energy.


Well, that last Zombie was much tougher than anticipated. No templates or anything: just your standard Bestiary 1 Zombie like the other three. Look around, loot bodies, strategize, whatever. I'll check in again in a few hours. :-)


Seeing as it just came up, pay attention to how I fluff magical effects/items/etc. While I don't require it of my PCs, all of my magic follows a consistent system, so the flavor will always provide some kind of hint regarding its nature. For example, my Divination magics usually have some kind of blue tint to them. I came up with this system so that martial types can identify potions and whatnot through mundane means as they grow in experience. Use it or not, it doesn't really matter, but I did want to give a heads-up. :-)

Not to give you too big a hint or anything, but that potion was a LIGHT RED color. ;-) Don't worry, not everything will be that simple. If an NPC Cleric cast the same spell, it would look completely different, as potion fluff is different from spellcasting fluff. :-)
