My suggestions for 5th lvl sorcerer spell:

1: teleport. Too useful not to have.
2: cloudkill. Block LoS, kill low hd, Con damage. Excellent battlefield control.
3: Telekinesis. Multi use, including fun stuff like tossing 10 flasks of oil followed by fireball to light everyone ablaze.

I'm all for dim door, and teleportation spells but as you have seen on the last level where you were shielded from your god's blessings. There are many levels that block divination, and movement type spell. It's not every level but it does arise. For instance the slave pit level prevents that type of movement and scrying,

Rope trick is sorc/wiz only, so sadly not for Karnog. Too bad, so sad.

Being able to pull up and sack out in a secure environment would be truly fantastic, though.

BTW, anyone consider Leadership for Meathead and/or our assorted army of ragtag followers?

I'll be getting augment summoning next level, so that's out for me, but Kalim had mentioned it earlier. He does have the Cha to support it, as well. Assuming GM wants that in the game, of course.

Fyi: eyes of the void is 4th lvl. Could take as human Favored Class spell, and pick another 5th lvl as spell learned.

And yes, I like Meathead as well. Perhaps if it'll be a problem bringing him back to Fentonville we can leave him at Orc Town. They'll be cool to him there.

I'm not a big leadership fan if you don't mind. Someone like Meath'd follows because you gave him reason to, but the size of the party will be cumbersome with a cohort and followers. You see how long and complicated the battles get already.

right now it looks like the PCs will have 11K in coin. I'll make an adjustment once you get to Fentonville because there will be rescue money, or in kind, offerings from spellcasters.

You haven't gotten back to Fentonville yet to buy or enchant items, but put up your wish lists.

Offhand, do you have an general idea of the value of your current gear/coin? when you were 9th level it should be around 46K (WBL) at 10th it should be near 62K, but I haven't tracked it for awhile.

I don't see your list.

I guess that's a good question for all, do you have a general idea how much your WBL gear is currently? Excluding the 11K in coin you have. I suppose some may be slightly higher than others. I'd like to make sure you all are equipped for the next round of the dungeon.

I'm at about 41.5k worth of gear. Getting my AC higher is my main priority as a melee rogue. I want to upgrade my Amulet of Natural Armor, Ring of Protection, and my regular armor. Cloak of Resistance upgrade would be good too. Oh, I don't have a stat item! A belt of dexterity would be great.

As I recall, that dragon was really really big.

Which means dangerous, old, and probably extremely intelligent.

I think picking a fight with Orcus and his local high priest should suffice for the moment, honestly.

As for Kalim, he's got around 43k worth of stuff. He needs to improve his AC, you're right. Upping his spell DCs could help, too.

grimm since you rejoined I will say that you already had the +2 magic spiked breastplate, the +1 long bow (you can make that a +4 str composite if you like), and the +2 Amulet of NA, and +1 cold iron battleaxe. that should do a lot to catch you up to the others. Let me know a rough estimate on what your total gear value would be with these additions. Plus you have the 5000K in rescue money to spend.

I have 55,661 in total wealth (3546 in gold the rest in gear)

That's 6,339 short of the normal 62000 for a 10th level char.

Flat out right now, will think of what to spend my last 3546 on later. AC is still low

Your head slot is covered with the tiara so the Jingasa of the Fortunate Soldier won't really work.

You character sheet has Your ROP at +1 but costing 8000GP. At that price your ROP is a +2, not +1.
