Are you sure Alia failed the check? AC is -4 when prone and penalties to AC also apply to CMD. Unless his actual CMD is >27 so his Prone CMD is >23. It's a bit strange because Alia isn't actually attacking him, so maybe CMD when prone is penalized against attacks but not against Acrobatics?

Durgan again attempts to sunder the Stag Lord's bow.

The half-elf herself made for the stairs. She ducked low and held her hammer at the ready, glancing back at the Stag-Lord time and time again.

The Stag Lord's bow goes KRACK!

"BWAHAHAHAHA!" The Stag Lord grips his stomach as he laughs. Tears stream down his face causing his face paint to run.

It isn't the most honorable way to defeat a foe, but Durgan is more pragmatic than idealistic. He hacks at the prone, ensorcelled Stag Lord.

With a frown Illthir heads towards the pesky mage with hammer in hand. She actually looked forward to seeing if his blood would sparkle or something when splattered over the area. Sadly she just couldn't reach so she settled for flinging a dagger towards (one of his many) faces.

I would only have enough time for one swing. Because it's not TWF and I am flanking, I hit AC 17 and deal 11 damage with 2 extra fire damage.

Victoria picks up her little fox and cradles him in her arms. "Come on, buddy. We aren't out of this yet," she says carrying him with her. (I'm assuming that's a move action.) Then she hurries to a vantage point where she might be able to help the assailants. (2nd move action).

The little fox lifts his head just a little and licks her cheek.

Victoria recovers her furry friend.

Zokon slashes at the man and catches him a glancing blow on the thigh, but the cagey rogue nimbly sidesteps Scarlet's fiery attack. Her sword rebounds off the stone wall shaking some sediment from the shaky ceiling above.

Then, Zokon is struck by a sudden memory.

Finally! Alia, Durgan, and Serena land blows upon Stag Lord himself as the man's laughing fit ends.

"The clown is running away!" Illthir calls out, hoping someone had a way to stop the mage. She'd try a spell herself - but she wasn't very confident that it'd work. But maybe?

I'm 95% sure the Hideous Laughter readied action didn't trigger right? So trying Grease now!

Trying to stay low, Victoria scrambles to find a vantage point where she might be able to see one of her captors. Scooting to the other side of the owlbear, she sees the Stag Lord and someone she thinks is one of his lackeys (Sneeg). He doesn't seem to be attacking the "Stag Lord." She whispers an arcane word to try to knock him out.
