They nearly died so that we could do something important for the city. They did this for us. Exxor pauses a moment, looks to his friends, there is a resolve in his eyes, Let's be sure we don't fail them. Now it is our turn to face the blade, or perhaps the fangs. I think we need to find our way into Delhaven and make sure that when they are recovered, they know their blood was not spilled in vane.
With that Exxor starts dividing the holy water, magic weapon and bless weapon. He sets the blanches by Hippa, Lets work to apply these to weapons and ammunition. Its time to go hunting.
It seems there are 5, or groups of 5 items. With only four (Tram, Mirro, Hippa, Exxor) of us, are we expecting a fifth, an NPC?
If so Exxor will do 5 Holy water, an oil of magic weapon and a bless weapon each...
If we are not expecting another, then we have 6 holy water with a spare-Exxor would slide that to Hippa as our resident spiritual leader; and slide the magic weapon and bless weapon extras towards Tram

just barksalot
Hippa looks at the blanches. Take a torch. IT is easy enough to apply these in the moment. Silver will be what we need against vampires according to Tarvi.
ready?
Meanwhile Hippa moves over to the box from the cache and pulls out one of the swirly potions...she ponders.
Then before anyone can stop her she downs it in a gulp, then collapses

That would be Sir Barksalot. He didnt go to night dog knight school to not be called Sir. :P
"I dont like a lot of this but keep a close eye on them."
He intoned to the group as they got ready right before they left though he got brave or stupid closing with Miss Tarvi and... leaning in pulling her close and kissing Tarvi full on the mouth.
" For luck, I tend to bleed a lot and will no doubt be a vampires favorite target with all the blood flow."
He said grinning... and then he curses as Hippa collapses.

Exxor |

No wait! Those potions were left by Pathfinders to help Pathfinders reclaim the lodge. We may not know what it is, but it is likely to be more helpful than harmful. As long as she remains stable, lets just watch over her.

Miro Took |

We could do a blood replacement. What is done is that we get some blood from people here, it isn't that difficult, I just attach a special pip to the arm and make a small cut, the blood then drips into a bottle and then I use that to flow into Hippa while drawing off her blueish blood from the other arm.
Or I can attach some leeches to her and suck it out. Miro rummages around for his leeches.

"you will not give on to my do... Hippa! You are alive!"
He began with a scowl for miro for suggesting using sir barksalot for a test subject... but he trusted hippa so grabbed one of the vials amd made a face... before drinking it before any could stop him.

AS the thrashing intensified then broke the young noble grew still his breathing shallow. Loud barking as his dog ran circles around him in worry erupted in the air.... his breathing paused....no stopped for a moment Sir Barksalot whined.
.
.
.
Then he drew a large breath and his eyes popped open widely and he sat up blinking radidly as his color returned...
" No ... no I change my mind, Give the dog the potion."
He began with his trademark up to no good grin.

Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28
I told you, Miro. I can see. The darkness is not enough to hide you. Do not worry, I can't explain how, or what, or why, I just feel better. Try the potion. Trust me, my friend.

With a shrug he gave Sir barksalot and grin and a nod, if the halfling wanted to be frightened that was on him.
"Clearly we are fine, but your loss my small friend."
He added flexing and staring at his arm with a slight cocky grin.

Our heroes wait as along as they can before they feel the must carry on. Barksalot is still out, but at Dawn they make their way to the compound
Once lush, Delvehaven’s courtyard lawn is now a weedchoked
mess. Nevertheless, there are still telltale signs that
these grounds were once lovingly tended and beautiful.
Huge Shoanti totems (some of them still standing) line
the western border of the yard, while here and there stand
algae-choked fountains adorned with authentic Osirian
hieroglyphs. The inside of the front gate is flanked by a pair
of statues of warrior women too detailed to be anything but
genuine imports from Geb’s legendary field of maidens.
The entire compound is surrounded by a 12-foot-tall
stone wall, its face encrusted with bird droppings, salt
deposits from the sea, and other signs of neglect. A large
oak sign hangs askew over the front gate, just above a set
of rusted iron chains that seal the portal shut. The oak
sign reads: “By order of Her Infernal Majestrix, this lodge
is condemned and has been warded for your protection.
Trespassing prohibited.

Exxor |

Well, it is a shame someone forgot to take down that old sign. I mean, clearly, if such an order, directly from Her Infernal Majestrix, were still in effect, the sign would never be allowed to fall into such shameful disrepair. Exxor says with a smile and a wink. That is our story, be sure to stick to it. Miss Hippa, can you tell if there are in fact active wards upon this gate? Miro, my friend, who shall do the honors, and who shall help? Exxor pulls a set of thieves tools to the top of a pouch, in view of Miro regarding the last.

He whistled in approval to what he could used to be the beauty of the yards.
"A shame all this, I bet is was wonderful once."
He began poking at the sign with his halberd.

Hippa |

First an eyeroll over Exxor's flimsy excuse and then a nod, Hippa scrunches face, shakes out her hands as if it has been a while. Looks like a whollotta housekeeping is overdue.
Casts Detect Magic. Does a slow pan of gate and courtyard. No rush.

Exxor |

Assuming Hippa's detect magic has not found anything.
Exxor looks over the gate and lock for traps, triggers, wards or other telltale signs.
Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Then he watches as Miro works. No, like the chest, pressure there then twist slightly.
