Exxor |

Exxor counts out 50 gold, and puts the remaining 293 in his pouch. he then slides the 50 gp towards Miro. I owed you for the Wayfinder, here is your 50 gp, thank you.
Perhaps with a little time and safety to work with, Miss Hippa can determine the nature of these mystery papers and the ominous swirling potions. Will we split the remaining items among ourselves then?

Exxor |

Exxor takes a set of the forged identity papers, one potion of gaseous form, one potion of cure moderate wounds, and one potion of lesser restoration (in addition to the one he drank) and a vial of the swirling blue-purple liquid. He will also scrounge up crossbow bolts to fill his quivers so he is ready when the group leaves for Delhaven.

Exxor |

We were told of Ilnerik taking half the relic brought back from the Mwangi Expanse before. Is the Aohl the whole relic and the Totemrix the half he took then? And forgive me, but what is a Marrowfall, that it needs to be stored in the Amber Arca vault... and what is a Vyriavaxian? Oh, and last but not least, who is Liriam, other than a Pathfinder from Delvhaven? Is her name mentuioned in any of the ledgers or texts from delvhaven? Exxor looks confused an annoyed that the note only poses more questions for him. He looks to the other Torchbearers for answers.

Hippa |

Hippa makes the wand of restoration quietly disappear into her spring-loaded wrist sheath. The three remaining mystery potions are dropped into a pouch, "Just in Case".
Her faces scrunches at the mention of vampire, but ears perk up with possiblity of holy water generation, but which god/goddess to ask?

Exxor |

Exxor looks askance at Miro. We should deal with Ilnerik because a vampire poses a threat to the people of the city, and may be tied to whatever evil is at work. We don't take from others simply because we see a need.
Exxor smiles then and adds, Taking his stuff is a bonus for doing the right thing, not the goal in itself.

battling vampires? What sort of weapons would we need to down something like that does anyone know?"
He asked very pointedly not looking torwards miss Tarvi.

MiniGM |

Tarvi speaks up I have been studying creatures of the darkness since some of you decided to go out and be stupid all the time. I have learned many things, here is aquick run down She then enters into a treatise on vampires and their weaknesses which include silver and the following
Vampires cannot tolerate the strong odor of garlic and will not enter an area laced with it. Similarly, they recoil from mirrors or strongly presented holy symbols. These things don’t harm the vampire—they merely keep it at bay. A recoiling vampire must stay at least 5 feet away from the mirror or holy symbol and cannot touch or make melee attacks against that creature. Holding a vampire at bay takes a standard action. After 1 round, a vampire can overcome its revulsion of the object and function normally each round it makes a DC 25 Will save.
Vampires cannot enter a private home or dwelling unless invited in by someone with the authority to do so.
Reducing a vampire’s hit points to 0 or lower incapacitates it but doesn’t always destroy it (see fast healing). However, certain attacks can slay vampires. Exposing any vampire to direct sunlight staggers it on the first round of exposure and destroys it utterly on the second consecutive round of exposure if it does not escape. Each round of immersion in running water inflicts damage on a vampire equal to one-third of its maximum hit points—a vampire reduced to 0 hit points in this manner is destroyed. Driving a wooden stake through a helpless vampire’s heart instantly slays it (this is a full-round action). However, it returns to life if the stake is removed, unless the head is also severed and anointed with holy water.

Silverblanches would be quite useful - especially if we could get enough to coat our ammunition. Do we have to be members of the the church divine caster -cleric or the like, or simply present the holy symbol? If the latter, we should all acquire suitable symbols.

MiniGM |

The next morning the door bangs open, the whole crew has returned however Morosino races in first he is crying. Ms Janivan and Mr. Arael got hurt!
In a moment the others bring in a satchel filled with blanches and holy water, Janivan is being helped along, with a bad limp while Arael is being carried, shallow breath and a pale cast to his skin

Exxor |

Exxor reaches for the lesser restoration potion he got from the cache. Readying it for use on Areal, based on the answer to his question, Did he get hit by a shadow?
I remember the cold that drained away my spirit from the shadow's touch at the cove. If the any of the Torchbeares says yes, he will take an action to carefully feed the potion to Areal.

He moved quickly to the doors to secure them. but first he peered outside for a long moment to indeed check to see if they were being followed and about to be assualted by forcs.
perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
"What happened? how were you hurt?"
He asked firmly hoping his directness would calm everyone down some.

Exxor |

What can I do? Exxor asks everyone and no one, he will quickly jump in to help however possible, bringing water, thread, insturments and whatever else is requested.
I hate that they were hurt because of me. I should have gone too.. his brow furrows in frustration, and perhaps guilt.
