Hippa did not like taking the sword from the rear charging hellknight. She spins and holds her boarspear at En garde position but the ever so gallant big lug of a halfer knocks her opponent down. She goes full defensive(+4) and steps back (5'). While she can indeed fight, she prefers not to. There are other, better, ways to defeat brigands.

Finally coming around and seeing the Brannock take a deep cut himself, Hippa whispers what seems to be one very long gnomish word. She reaches from her prone position to grasp Brannock's calf, or rather palm flat as her hand was too small do any more than that.

He was bleeding from a lot of different places, and the hellknights defense seemed impenatrable. He took one final slash at his opponent before his head swam and he passed out from his wounds and exertion.

"Damn, hope I didn't kill him! That would be my death! As if it isn't bad enough already that we've fought them." Auði kneels next to the Hellknight that he just felled. "Just like taking care of the loser in a bar fight I hope." He checks under the Hellknight's eyelids, lifts him out of the sewage and looks to see if he can do anything to save the man's life.

I think that's at least enough to give him a +2 to stabilize. Do you want to play this out round by round or just see if we want to help them?

"Lets go!" the noble said clearly having no qualms about leaving the deathknights there to die (if they werent dead already) He was well aware the torture probably in store if they were caught and he certanly didnt want that.

Looking on with emotions warring across her face: Reluctance to help a hellknight who hunted down and tried to murder her from the rear and her own personal urge to not see pain untreated.
"They are evil, represent evil and murderers to boot. Letting them die would advance Westcrown for the better would it not?" A look of remorse finally wins the battle of emotions, "Only because his death will likely haunt you, Audi." She pulls off the helm, cupping his face with both her hands, starting her examination from the top. About the same time, the hellknight's wounds stop bleeding, although no actual healing occurs. She proceeds to remove each bit of armor from the selected hellknight. She looks up from her ministrations, "Remove all their weapons and armor. We may have to kill them again if they awaken. Speaking of which, Brannock, be a dear and make sure these guys don't have friends. Do you need a light or sneak about in the dark?"
Her tone is one of well practiced authority, tasks designated to get interlopers and worrywarts busy and out of her way.

Not sure Hippa wants to save'em. She can be convinced, but this is a delaying tactic so she'll be too late to save the others. Should she save the others? Health care negligence perhaps but they ain't paying and they attacked the doc as well.
"Grrr. Harumph." Letting loose a string of angry gnomish, Hippa rips off the remaining hellknights' helms, none too gently she slaps hard enough to leave a mark with an accompanying gnomish invective. Returning to Audi's patient, she tends to the man. Pulling out some bandages, as well as some tools, she sews up the worst of the wounds. Heal 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 8 + 2 = 11 Healing kit 9/10
