Arriving late, as any good nobleman should, he produces a large bone with a few scraps on it for his good friend Sir Barksalot to nom on.

"It would sound like perhaps someone should investigate your cousins place. Perhaps with a letter from you we can infiltrate as servants or guards or what have you and see if anything untowards is happening."
He began. He bit his lip for a moment and frowned it was clear he was thinking about something but not yet found a way to voice it.

He paused and for a moment he took on a hunted look then he shrugged.
"That old pathfinder lodge held many secrets and well dangers. I dont think I did anything in particularly stupid at all...well we did fight a vampire. That wasnt a good time. Animated dolls attacked us. That was strange. A giant skeleton creature with a huge horn skewered me at one point. That was harrowing. There were a ton of webs above us and I was worried about well, spiders or something dropping down on us."
He answered Miss Tarvi wondering what answer she was searching for.

there were magical animated dolls and you did not bring me one to study. I thought we were supposed to be friends exclamation!
She sighs and shakes her head disappointed. Barksalot makes a sound that sounds like a laugh.
She turns to Miro So yes my cousins estate has had men vanishing. They are relatively unimportant to anyone except themselves, but they do make a good show and no one challenge s them because they look the part and have an estate near the mayor s. My cousin and her partner are horrible humans, but I do have fond memories of the staff there. I lived there briefly but once my family fell on hard times we were cut off.

"I hope none of the vampires got out of the lodge. Such monsters on the loose in the city. Thats a terrible thought."
He answered and nodded to the others. With a smirk he added.
"I bet i can actually keep this shirt intact."
Exxor
Oh Tram, you never offer Fate a challenge such as that... we are in for it now! As for other vampires, I hope that is not the case. Perhaps some of the bodies we saw in the relic chamber were those that were missing? Do any descriptions match up?
We should also get as good a list as possible of who is missing, when it happened or was noticed, where they would have been assigned... look for any commonalities. Are they all missing from the estate itself, or simply the grounds, were they outside when they went missing - what time of day. The usual search for clues. If we can't learn this in advance, these are the things we should ask people - subtly once we are working.

Exxor just stares at Miro trying to process Queen Mittens the arch-nemesis of Sir Barksalot, as Miro continues Exxor leans in and in a whisper to Tram asks, Did he get hit in the head a lot before I came along?

Without whispering he nodded affirmitive.
"Several times in face while you were out and he was acting crazy trying to murder you."
He frowned and glanced torwards Sir Barksalot with a grin.
"I have faith you are more than a match for any feline, Queen or not."
MiniGM
Barksalot snorts Now you jest. We all know that the Baron is just a myth. However, Queen Mittens is not to be messed with.
A moment later And for the record I am a good dog. I am the best of dogs. He says quite seriously.
I am back now. So just moving us on, due to my travels
Or heroes have an interview arranged with the head of the house, the house steward, and a few of the guards. How do you want to approach that? What order?

He frowned when she mentioned their first meeting was with a cook of all things. He had never cooked a single thing in his life! Still they were trying to infiltrate into the household to see what was going on. It wouldnt do to get too insubordinate yet.
Exxor
Exxor plans to ask the cook and other help the same questions he wanted to know before...who is missing, when did they go missing, where did they go missing from, what type of person were they.
Exxor will also ask Miss Tarvi if it is even possible for them to pose as house employees; given their apparent notoriety as Torchbearers and city heroes, and acclaimed actors, lest we forget the Trials.
Exxor
Reeeeaaaalllllly? Exxor asks incredulously, about to make a jest, before he becomes serious again, On second thought, I would gather that you, unfortunately do know...
But let us see if we are playing the role of new employee or Torchbearer Investigator
Exxor
Exxor will ask for the following information, not in an "interrogation manner, but trying to seem as a friend interested in helping the disappeared.
Who is missing, what was their job, what parts of the estate did they work in, did they go to other parts, when did they go missing, was anything out of the ordinary, were there signs of a struggle, what was the person like outside work?
